We wanted a pleasant and comfortable stay prior to a sailing trip. The Wyndham was perfect.

Lots of excellent options. The food was very tasty and satisfying. The staff was always courteous and helpful.

This resort could be close to perfect, but was regretfully let down with some basic service issues.

The resort location is superb and close to the airport, just 15 mins drive, (but no aircraft noise at all). and about 20 mins to Road town Port. Its position on the island is East end and is a little removed from the main activities on the island. Its not the distance just the quality and terrain of the roads means average speed driven is relatively slow. If you stay at this resort you will you need a hire car (4x4) if you want to explore the rest of this beautiful island. As for this resort, the beach is immaculate and was deserted, perfect for secluded sun bathing. The restaurant on site is excellent and food quality also did not disappoint. Our room was very clean, with good aircon and the most comfortable bed and pillows I've slept in for years. WIFI was excellent also. The swimming pool looked like it had been recently refurbished to a very high standard with perfect water temp. All in all close to perfect!

I would have given a higher rating, and only giving these negative comments because I would so like to return next year. Firstly the housekeeping was inconsistent. the room was serviced every day , however we had to visit reception 5 times during our 10 day stay to mention lack of towel replacement, filling of soap in the shower, & hand soap, replacement of water in the room i.e. simple things! Also service at the restaurant mainly evenings was also inconsistent, with some nights leaving us with the feeling of being ignored, In the end we narrowed this down to one particular member of staff! On this basis we decided to eat out for a majority of our stay and found some amazing restaurants. Breakfast was normally excellent with much improved service, with one particular lady who was not there every day and who's name escapes me, made us feel very welcome & special thank you!

Great hotel but as a lone traveller should not have been given a room on very end/ edge of resort!

I loved the tropical beach location that was private for hotel guests. The rooms were very clean. The staff were really friendly.

I was not impressed there was building on site right by the swimming pool- noone informed me I was a single lady staying so was not impressed being put in a room at the edge of the resort.! I would have preferred nearer the middle/ next to services and more lighting to walk alone at night back to the room.

Was definitely a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Recommendable and will mostly return once feasible.

I love the resort feeling and the privacy.

The only thing which is impossible to tackle is the insects like ants or wood ants that travels into the rooms around the gardens.

Definitely will visit again!

Comfortable beds and great pillows! Easy to walk to the pool, dining and the beach. Nice cabanas to enjoy the shade. People who we interacted with were so nice and helpful from the front desk to the servers at the restaurant.

Shazz, Eldore, Mr. John from Montserrat, Alex, and Sean!!! Reward them!!!!! The beach was amazing! Easy distance to the town...

The internet was spotty, and no street signs made it difficult to find!!! The staff recovered well...

Location

Lots of Ants in the bathroom. Which from other reviews is common. But still gross. Restaurant service was really really really slow. Far more than island time slow. 45 min for an appetizer in a half full restaurant. 😞 Too long to even consider a main course after it.

If y’all didn’t have an ant problem, and actually cleaned the rooms I would recommend.

The staff was very friendly. The food was really good. Mr.John, and the other man I can’t remember his name was an awesome server. DeAndre was pleasant as well.

The bathroom was filthy, and the rooms had an excessive ant problem. There were even ants in the bed. I didn’t like how far it was from Road Town.

Overrated and overpriced.

Its location close to a beautiful and secluded beach.

The beach, being beautiful, it’s not diving friendly. I could listen to the TV noise from the next room as they gave me a communicating room. The staff were all but friendly with the exception of one of the restaurant make waiters, whose name I can’t recall but easily identifiable by is black frames. Even the manager apparently doesn’t think it is good policy to say hi to guests when we walks through the front desk.

A great beach. The bedroom smelt of damp so consequently so did the room. It was clean. Nothing in the minibar.. two bottles of water! The restaurant was basic but okay food. Plus you needed a phone for all menus which is a hangover from Covid days. Would have been nice not to rely on a phone on holiday. (even breakfast) Intermittent staff service with special mention to Selina who looked after us well. It took 20min to get even a drink at breakfast the next day .. perhaps more staff needed at busy periods. Receptionist very helpful. Pool very nice.. although stayed on the beach. Not many chairs on the beach and no service for drinks etc

A bit of paradise

The spacious bungalows are very well-furnished and comfortable, and the long sandy beach with turquoise water is stunning. I loved the large circular lounger on our patio. There are beach chaise longues and cabanas with cushioned loungers. You can choose to be in sun or shade. The pool is beautiful with lots of chairs and the restaurant has good food and comfortable and varied seating choices. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The resort has nice walking paths and is softly lit at night. It is a lovely place to stay.

We would have loved to leave doors or windows open at night to catch the breeze and hear the sound of the surf, but as the bungalows are at ground level, we felt uncomfortable leaving them open. Perhaps a locking system for the sliding doors would be of benefit to guests.

Location is beautiful situated right beside a stunning beach

Service was appalling. Large sections of the hotel were closed for example the pool and pool bar with no prior warning. When we asked for water they told us to go to the supermarket.

Beautiful spot for a couple of days.

Amazing location, beautiful beach, lovely large pool, nice gardens.

The staff were rather laid back and not exactly eager to please. It felt they were going through the motions. The restaurant was average but expensive for what was being served. It could do with a bit more creativity in the kitchen. Had other restaurants been nearby we would have ventured out, but it’s quite isolated meaning you’re beholden to their offering.

I caught scabies at this propert from the dirty suites.

Poor & Disappointing, the complete opposite to about 2years.

I liked the location of the resort and the amenities.

The location of the room The cleanliness of the room My room service arrived cold & EVERYTHING was burnt & I asked to return the food they argued with me that it wasn’t burnt. I called the front desk 3times to request another towel & wash cloth because the reservation was for 2 but they only had one set in the room, it NEVER arrived. The musty smell in the room
