Bienvenu dans les années 80 et dans une chambre usée jusqu'à la corde

La navette et c'est tout

Chambre dans le style des années 80, mobilier usé jusqu'à la corde. Aucune prise autour du lit ce qui empêche de brancher un appareil comme une Cipap. C'est un grave manquement de l'hôtel.

Would definitely spend the money for one night here before an early flight the next morning.

Hotel was clean, spacious, restful place to stay the night for an early flight so that there wasn't a need to worry about rushing down from Tokyo City in the early morning. Airport shuttles take just 15minutes to and fro, though shuttle only starts at 6am. Food at Ceres was nice and comforting to have just before the trip back home. There's also a 24hour convenience store.

Convenient for an overnight stay.

The hotel is close to the airport with a regular shuttle service. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant provided a good breakfast and a la carte menu.

The hotel is looking very tired and needs refurbishing. Does not deserve a 4 star rating. The bed was extremely hard.

The restaurant on the 17th floor was closed The pool was closed for maintenance The sauna was closed for maintenance The 3 reasons I chose to stay there were not available, should have stayed at differant hotel

Great hotel with amazing staff!

We were immediately greeted with amazing customer service. Hotel lobby is very inviting, restaurants are lovely and rooms are great. We were also upgraded upon arrival. Can’t fault this property especially for a lay over in Tokyo before heading Hakuba, shuttle service was great.

Perfect location for easy access to Narita Airport. Shuttle bus to airport is a bonus.

Convenient location to Narita Airport as well as the large Narita shopping complex. Big rooms that had everything we needed. Shuttle bus to airport is very helpful.

The sofa bed mattress was very old and had some pretty horrible looking stains on it. It was so lumpy and dirty that my daughter slept on the floor instead.

Fuss free hotel for a quick overnight stay near the airport

Hotel is well equipped and spacious room. Friendly and professional staff. But still value for the price paid

Rooms are a little old and dated. Floor and window can be cleaner. Bed kinda sinks in in the middle but hard around the edges (sign of age?)

サービス面で特にコスパは良くないと感じた。

朝食ブッフェが種類豊富で美味しかった。しかし、コップの補充がいつまでもなされないなど、サービス面で満足とは言えない状況。ルームサービスはボリュームもあり美味しかった。ただ、食器を下げるのが遅い。翌日も部屋の前に置きっぱなしだった。

調度品が古すぎる（一例としてランプシェードが変色しており、端のテープも剥がれかけている）。

The restaurant was good although pricey. The airport shuttle was welcomed. It is adequate for one night stay near airport but I would pick somewhere else next time.

The rooms are very tired and dated for the price, beds were not comfortable.

Conveniently located hotel close to Narita Airport, providing a great stay and with an excellent breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from Narita Airport (a quick, approximately 15-min free shuttle ride.) The room was very clean including the bathroom and toilet areas which was pleasing to see. It had a very comfortable bed and was quiet, with a nice view of the airport’s departing aircraft without the sound. The staff were friendly and helpful and there are English-speaking staff which helps if required. It has a Family Mart on the premises which is very convenient; along with a pool area which is great. The buffet breakfast (we paid extra to include this in our room rate and recommend this) was very good value for money with delicious food and sufficient variety including Western and Japanese cuisine and freshly baked croissants on the hour. Overall, great value for money if you need a quality hotel experience worth everything you need, closer to the airport; we’d definitely stay again. Kind regards, Theresa Carter

Needs a revamp..

The breakfast was great.

The hotel feels very dated - like it was much nicer many years ago.. the corridors and rooms smell like people smoked there for decades, even though it's now non-smoking. Things are clean but the over all feeling is a little icky..

It is disappointing that Crown hotel is so bed. Rooms are really old and have a bad smells.

Pool a bit in disrepair chipped paint etc and bugs in water Expensive - doubled in price from one day to next Asked for a late check out so I could use the sauna and pool. We then got asked to leave the sauna and “hurry” as id missed check out, it hadn’t been logged on the system.

Breakfast is the best and value for money.

Room 0418 looks clean but smells like someone smoked in a no smoking room and head part of the bed smells like ashtray.

Handy for airport stopover.

Handy for airport stopover. We had an early flight from Narita. There's a regular shuttle bus to the airport. Staff in the cafe restaurant were very pleasant and friendly. There's a useful grocery shop in reception area if you arrive and need toiletries or a light snack or last minute souvenirs.

Double bed pushed tight against wall. Bathroom a bit tired and old fashioned. Of the three restaurants advertised on the website, only the casual buffet one on ground floor was open for dinner.

In desperate need of an upgrade,.

Check-in and check-out process.

The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. Moldy carpets. Couch was dirty and lost all it's bounciness / structure. Wires everywhere for the lamps and appliances. poor lighting. .
