Everything was great, from my arrival, check in to the check out.

I didn't eat breakfast there. But I did have a couple of drinks at the bar. Everything was fine. I have no complaints.

Not much. In fact, nothing that I can think of.

It is what it is

The valet staff was amazing.

The cleaning staff showed up at around 4pm to ask if we wanted the room cleaned my daughter was sleeping and this woke her up. The prices were definitely not worth the accommodations but this is also LA and you have yo account for the area. Food and things to do are semi close but still a drive Overall we probably won't book this specific place again

Service staff on entry/valet were very polite. Wifi in lobby area good. clean rooms

bfast not included or offered. Location - 30 min walk to main shops. room - no fresh air Double charge holding bond wifi in rooms poor Pool area run down Marriot points not connected as requested.

Good location, but the hotel presents many problems. Be careful.

The hotel location.

The parking fee was abusive, the room was cool (heating out of order), it was noisy, the bed was too small and the hotel was charging a higher price than the agreed price in my Booking.com reservation.

Lovely location but unhelpful staff

It’s a lovely location and the beds super comfy!

The staff were not friendly. The room did not have the correct amount of bath towels for the occupants and on the last day I had to ask for the room to be cleaned numerous times.

Overpriced and not worth the money at all bad service

Location only and the house keeping ladies very helpful.

Rude receptionists, I asked for hot water to make my own tea and they said the hot water was only for members. There was no air in the room very old rooms, and the hair dryer never worked. They also charged me an extra valet parking which is didn’t even use. Reception never answered our phone calls when we needed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE do not waste your money and time here!

Cockroach in the middle of the sheets | manager asked me to leav without coming to my room to see it

nothing! scary, dirty, have bugs, rude manager and staff who were abusive

I was exhausted so as soon as I walked in, I went under the blanket. Then I felt that the sheets feel sandy where my feet are. I thought it was probably because they had used old sheets. But as I moved my feet around, I felt that it was really sandy, so I turned the duvet around and saw a lot of black residuals that looked like the residues of a squashed cockroach on the mattress. I screamed and called down the front desk and asked if he could ask the manager on duty to visit me in the room so I could show her what I slept on! The manager called me back and said that I was rude in my tone and refused to come and see the room. (would you not be upset if you found out that you slept with a killed cockroach in between your sheets?) She then said that she canceled my reservation and I needed to leave the hotel immediately. I told her I do not have anywhere in LA to go and it is 10 pm. She said that I needed to grab my things and go. I told her that I had paid for the hotel fully and had nowhere to go with the price that I had already paid. She said she did not care and kept calling me to leave the hotel. I contacted Booking.com 5 times and spent the entire night talking to managers at booking.com who tried to reach out to this awful manager on duty but could not reach her. I contacted Mariott but they said that I need to call back in the morning. It was the worst experience of my life. I left at 5 am after spending the entire night trying to find shelter! VERY DIRTY HOTEL! VERY AGGRESSIVE AND INHUMANE STAFF AND MANAGERS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT GO! They are also way more expensive for what they are offering compared to other 4-star hotels such as Sofitel Hotel. I had a huge insect bite that night.

An overall great stay.

Beautiful clean hotel conveniently located and excellent staff very helpful doormen concierge and off course the staff at the breakfast were exceptional.

Expected better for the price

The location was very far from restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The room was good, I expected a better view for the price. I also selected breakfast included with my purchase and I didn’t have any breakfast.

Over rated and rude

Not much, the clean sheets and the cleaning staff were nice. The view was okay but that's all.

Staff were unfriendly and rude. They wanted to charge me twice for my pre paid stay. The shower was clogged and you ended up showering in three inches of grubby water.

It was a decent stay, location was great, breakfast was good.

Location was great, one staff member was brilliant, the first guy to check us in. He’s the only one who stood out.

All rooms should have clean water. We asked to be moved to the same floor as our other party as they had clean water in their shower and they refused. I bathe in clean water at home, so this was not good for my skin. The pool was not clean so we did not use it.

מומלץ ביותר, מיקום מרכזי ! המלון היה נקי, כל יום הגיעו לסדר את החדר! הצוות היה מאוד נחמד ועזר במה שצריך! אין לי ספק שעוד נחזור אליו בעתיד ! למי ששומר כשרות-כל המסעדות הכשרות היו במרחק הליכה (בנוסף היה ממש מתחת למלון סופר כשר עם אוכל מוכן לשבת )

Avoid at all cost

Nothing, the hotel is over priced, small, not clean, toilet and ac controls didn't work.

Toilet was broken had to move rooms, no ventilation in bathrooms, ac controls didn't work, atm machine broke, floors dirty, not enough towels.

Private and safe angel at reception was phenomenal and fabulous ❤️my suite was big and quiet and confortable

$52 for valet is pricey how ever valet did amazing job welcome me back every time and was fast to pull up car so I tipped 20 at check out well deserve

No princípio não sabíamos onde estávamos; Mas depois, nos situamos e percebemos que a Localização era boa. O Café da Manhã era muito bom, tinha muitas opções e o pessoal ou Equipe de Serviço, a começar pelo da Portaria, da Recepção, dos Quartos e do Restaurante e Bar era muito atencioso. À Equipe merece nota 10.
