Convenient and comfortable say in central Warsaw

Excellent location. The hotel is fully refurbished and the room was more comfortable than average from other places I’ve stayed in the area.

I didn’t try the restaurant so I can’t tell whether the food was good or not.

O pequeno almoço foi bom,porém, como em toda a Polônia, os ovos mexidos eram quase crus.

Quando reservei o quarto foi com frigo bar; mas não havia no quarto

очень комфортно. уютно. завтра лучше чем в ресторане.

хороший ассортимент еды на завтрак. все свежее, выпечка на любой вкус, фрукты, каши, хорошие мясные продукты, сосиски, сыры, в том числе дор блю и копченые. завтрак превзошел ожидание.

шум от системы вентиляции. она работает очень тихо, но в номере еще тише и поэтому это единственный шум который было слышно.

AVOID!!!!

Nothing, the worst experience since long time. AVOID!!! The policy of hotel vs guests it tragic. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of places around which I had better experience.

The loud music in the night. There was a planned party with loud music. They did not inform guests about such events in advance. Thus, it would be possible to choose another hotel. When I complained few times at reception, they cinicaly said that party will last up to 2-3 am and did nothing. They could avoid reservations of rooms close to the lobby where the party. This is not serious treatment of guests.

Colazione pazzesca. Qualità degli alimenti notevole. Personale sempre gentile, camera super pulita ed accogliente.

Unica pecca la lunghezza del piumino, forse leggermente corto.

La habitación muy pequeña para tres y lejos del centro historico.Bien para una estancia corta muchos días seria agobiante. La habitación sin ministro bar.

Almost everything was perfect, the staff was very polite, the room was clean, we were checked in early which was insanely nice. The breakfasts deserve special praise, great choice of dishes and desserts and everything was delicious

Uncomfortable pillows that are impossible to sleep on. The pillows are quite stiff and big, after the first night my neck hurt terribly, the next night I had to sleep without a pillow at all

A beautiful city, a fantastic hotel and many amazing places to visit!

The room was amazing. All the little details of the room were designed to make our stay comfortable. The view to the skyscrapers was breathtaking. the beds were extremely comfortable, the bedsheets were very soft. The receptionists were very helpful and provided us everything that we asked for. we will definitely go pack to Warsaw and stay at the same hotel!!!

Superb

The room was spotless clean. It was equipped with a coffee machine and a kettle. Breakfast was very good and the location is 5min walk from Zloty mall, so very easy access to the city center and to all public transportation lines. We got a room with a window that had a sealing problem and thus you could hear the street noise. The receptionist replaced our room without any issue to a higher floor and much quiet room.

The pillows were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.
