Je retournerai très volontiers dans cet établissement.

Emplacement idéal pour aller à ma conférence. Chambres très originales avec comme thème les acteurs et les réalisateurs de cinéma,avec une différence à chaque étage. personnel très agréable et serviable.

Rien.C'était parfait.Ne changez rien.

Really nice hotel, really nice stay - we would highly recommend this place!

We had the only connecting 2 rooms in the hotel. Nice balcony and plenty of space to come back to after exploring Paris. Right next to multiple metro stations too.

The bed is pretty hard. Otherwise a great place to stay.

I enjoyed of staying in this hotel

I liked the ambiance and personnel were friendly and Polite. The lobby and the idea of 2pm to 2am and mini bar gratuite was great

If ithere was more space for dress it was more comfortable.

excellent hotel - staff were very friendly and accommodating - location was ideal for Paris Fashion Week - I addition and loved the afternoon tea sitting (complimentary) and that we could also visit other hotels around Paris

Love this hotel

This hotel has so much to love. The staff are friendly, the themed rooms are great, the option of screening a movie in the hotel is novel and the lobby area for afternoon tea is very welcome. Not only can you have a free afternoon tea in the hotel but also any one of their other hotels around Paris if you are in that area. This alone will make me consider others in the chain if it suits me better to stay in a different part of Paris.

I have stayed here before but was disappointed that the room didn't have anywhere near the outlook as the room I had the previous time. Next time I will clarify where the room will be.

Excellent experience!!!!

Excellent stuff and service, the afternoon tea is served wonderfully with unlimited desserts and drinks last until 2 am, every time when I finished my trip and back to hotel, it always enables me have a restful break and I feel like at home. Thanks to all the staff, they are very welcoming and supportive and extremely nice, I had a really nice short trip here and I’ll definitely choose this hotel next time!

TV suddenly turned on in the midnight itself and most likely caused by the electricity issues.

Lovely experience, will definitely be returning on my next trip to Paris

The service was amazing, especially from the front desk attendants. On check in I was upgraded from a standard double room to a superior double room. I had complimentary champagne and macaroons sent up to my room. I really liked the decor in the room and the king sized bed was very comfortable.

Great place and very helpful staff. Nothing was a problem for them; they spoke in English too

The breakfast was very good. each day there were different menus. The room came with a patio area ; this was wonderful! To our surprise there were many different metro lines near the hotel which made our trip very convenient.

There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely small but perfectly formed hotel in a brilliant location just 5 minute stroll to the metro and some main attractions. Free minibar and snacks overnight. Attentive, friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyable stay

Good location and option for a short trip (probably wouldn't recommend for a romantic stay!)

- Good location - 20 mins from Gare du Nord and 20 mins to the main sites (i.e. Louvre) - Free food and drink downstairs - Gym, cinema room - Good, powerful shower - Drinks in mini bar are included and stocked up every day

- Bed was soft - Room was clean but not sparkling clean (dust etc, limescale in shower) - I was in Room 114, which is on the road. You couldn't have the window open because it was so noisy with the main road. I'm not fussy about noise but if you are a light sleeper I think you'd struggle - Bizarre choice of furniture - i.e. a snare drum for a bedside table which was just impractical!

Beautiful City, Beautiful hotel!

Very welcoming at every moment of our stay, free snacks and drink during the day all around Paris at their multiple locations was a surprise bonus! The hotel felt unique with its style and the facilities where top quality, I would definitely stay here again if in Paris!

The ‘Double’ bed was 2 single beds pushed together, although this is common in Europe I was still disappointed.

I loved staying there and if I visit Paris or Europe again, I will be looking to stay at this hotel.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were the perfect size. Housekeeping was amazing and keep the room clean daily. Breakfast was great with nice hours. Staff was attentive during breakfast hours.

I can not think of anything that could have been better. My stay was perfect.
