総合的にはよかった。

部屋の広さ。朝食。栓抜きを事前に頼んだらグラスも多く置いてくれた。

部屋のソファの布地が破れていた。札幌駅までの送迎バスを知らずにタクシーを呼んでしまった。チェックイン時に案内してほしかった。

スタッフの皆さん、丁寧でとっても優雅に気持ち良く過ごせました

お部屋は清潔感がありました。掃除が行き届いてました。朝食美味しかったです♪特にフレンチトーストとスムージー、フルーツ最高です。クロワッサンがもう少しおいしければ・・・

窓からは隣のビルしか見えず川沿いと聞いていたのでガッカリでした

An enjoyable stay in Sapporo

The hotel located in a tranquil area adjacent to the Toyohira river. Very quiet and have a spectacular view on the river and the city. Spacious room and very polite, enthusiastic hotel staff. Grand lobby and have a free shuttle bus to Susukino and Sapporo station every hour.

Love it!

Very clean, staffs are very friendly. We were carrying snowboard with me and they helped us to call a taxi that can fit it.

Lovely location, great vibes, chill time

Lovely location, friendly and helpful staff. Lots of cool art all over the place! (Check out their lobby ceiling!)

They did not have a working bar in the hotel.

Opulent hotel with a view of the river

This is by far the biggest hotel that we stayed at during our visit to Japan. The hotel is elegant, with lots of space, cavernous at times, and is situated opposite a convenience store. The rooms are large, beautifully furnished, and comfortable. They do offer a free shuttle service to and from Sapporo Station, every half an hour or so. The on-site Chinese restaurant is really excellent.

The hotel is situated far from the Saporro Station, and about a kilometer from the closest subway station.

Not worth the price point - outdated and dirty rooms

Rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, water pressure was good. Had an HDMI cable for TV. On the canal if you like to jog or run. Bike rentals.

Way too expensive for quality of room. The entrance was beautiful but the hallways and rooms were very outdated. It felt dirty. Furniture was scratched. Water stains on headboard. I was very dissatisfied considering the price I paid for two nights (70000 yen, plus). AC did not work well and I had to ask for a fan. The bedding was made for winter only and the room was hot.

Descent hotel, but location is less than ideal.

Room is clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable.

Location. The hotel is a little far from all the shops and restaurants and subway stations. You have to take tax to go anywhere or take a long walk across a bridge into the center of the city. The hotel does have a shuttle going to Sapporo station, but it is infrequent. We stay there 4 days and were not able to use it.

Over all, it was a good stay. The staff was professional.

The location was hard to reach. The map provided was little help. But once the bus route was found, it was fine. The location description by bus needs to be made clear.

The location description was not clear about how to use the bus line.

Old school hotel with large rooms.

Old style hotel with lots of atmosphere, excellent staff. Large rooms and our room had a great view of the river.

Becoming dated, rooms could do with an update. A bit outside of the main part of town.

All in all, a pleasant stay!

Room was nicely equipped with all the necessary. Complimentary coffee in the room was good, Japanese Restaurant was reasonably priced and good, bathroom was big and comfortable. However, location isn't at a prime spot, only a convenience store across the street.

Would be nice if they provide shower caps as well.
