사소한 물품들 다 있어서 너무 좋았고 너무 깔끔해요

사정상 예약을 따로 두번 하게됬는데 예약할때 층수가 하루는 낮은층 하루는 높은층 확정이라서 연속으로 숙박하지 못한건 이해합니다. 그런데 체크인할때 두 층수가 별로 차이가 안난다면 그냥 낮은층에 있으려고 내일 높은층은 몇층이냐고 했더니 9층이라고 해놓고 다음날에 다시 체크인하려고하니 갑자기 6층이라고 그러시더라구요 같은 직원분이 . 그래서 어제 9층이라햇다고 했더니 또 아니라고 하다가 남편이 쫌 확고하게 정색하고 말했더니 갑자기 그제서야 조크라고.. 하면서 9층 주셨네요ㅜ 쪼끔 아쉬웠어요

Overall, my stay at the hotel was a good experience, but I was expecting an excellent experience

The room was comfortable and the location made activities easily accessible. Keeping the refrigerator stocked with drinks was nice. Staff was very friendly.

The A/C was not working for 4 days and the room was hot. The hotel provided a fan on our first night, but the maid service removed it the next morning. The taxi driver that took us to the airport to depart from CDG scammed us (his name was Sam). He agreed to the 65 Euro rate and demanded 130 Euros when we arrived at the airport. He also refused to take a credit card because he didn’t want to pay taxes. My family was very upset about this.

Perfect for a Paris getaway !

I loved the location and rooftop bar. Was easy to access and you couldn’t be closer to the Eiffel Tower. Staff was kind and didn’t have a single problem.

Stary hotel do pilnego remontu z genialnym widokiem

Genialny widok na wieżę Eiffla.

Hotel nadaje się do remontu! Stare okna, w związku z tym wszystko z bardzo ruchliwych ulic słychać 24 h na dobę. Pokoje brzydkie, zużyte. Wstyd dla marki Pullman. Abstrakcyjnie drogo, jak na ten standart.

mini bar的冰箱裡有上一位客人遺留的食物，會讓人覺得在打掃這個部分沒有完整落實。

Vue merveilleuse!

La localisation est incroyable - la vue également Le personnel a eu des attentions merveilleuses envers mon mari. Je les remercie beaucoup !

Malheureusement l’immeuble extérieur est vieillissant ; les balcons aussi. Les chambres sont propres et rénovées mais ne sont pas de standing pour 630€/ nuit.

Disappointing stay, but great location.

The location was great. Very close to the Eiffel Tower and within good walking distance from other main attractions, which is always great when exploring a new city.

Customer Service was very poor - very disappointed by the service given. Long waiting times, waited until 1630hrs to check in (check in from 1600 and not even told the room was ready until I asked when waiting in reception). - Few issues with the room and when enquired with front desk asking if possible to move rooms, was given a very rude response from front desk stating “we are lucky we have the room that we have”. - 4th floor deluxe rooms are overlooked by track athletic field and not private. No table for the chairs on the balcony and asked for one to enjoy drinks/card games at night overlooking the Eiffel but said other balconies didn’t have them. But looking at other balcony’s they had tables and chairs. - Ignored by bar staff when waiting at bar for a drink in the evening (too busy talking to friends to notice I was waiting) - Rooms (our was dirty with long black hairs in shower base), tv did not work and reported to staff but unable to be fixed on the night. Broken net curtains. - Housekeeping staff entered our room after check in to return an iron without knocking, just walked in. Extremely disappointing, and considering the money you pay for a deluxe Eiffel Tower room, not worth the price. Upon check out, I was not even asked how my stay was. And the issues such as the tv I had raised were not passed on or mentioned. Upon complaint, the manager did their best to offer a solution, but even with that, it was still not worth the price paid. Sadly I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Services at the hotel is world class.

View to the Eiffel Tower is just spectacular. Hotel staff were impressive, very friendly. Our first room had a few things not working, and the duty manager upgraded us to the suite room realising that it was our anniversary trip.

The bed is too soft. And the toilet needs a glass door to refrain water from splashing out and wet the dry area. Water pressure is low

It was okay, beds were comfortable. Just too pricey for the value

Very close to Eiffel Tower

We really thought we had a garden view but our view was just the roofs of other buildings. No balcony to enjoy, the room looks small and I think it’s too pricey, if your room is not Eiffel Tower view, just find somewhere else that’s cheaper. There are a lot nearby, they also don’t have much amenities in the bathroom and towels are limited on our first day

Location, really close to Eiffel

Too far from public transport, especially when you need to carry some luggages. Also after the stay, my card was double charged for the room fee (even though I have prepaid the room in advance). This kind of mistake should not happen for a high class hotel. We’ve been in contact with the hotel to get the refund but it has been more than 2 weeks and we haven’t resolved it even after multiple calls. If you prepaid your hotel in advance, make sure to double check during checkout so you won’t be charged for the room again.

Super 10 stars if i can do that, staff were friendly, we even met one of the staff that previously work at our country. 3 min walk to eiffel tower were blast, and theres a lot place to sip a hot chocolate nearby. Definitely will comeback if we had the chance

Bad experience. You might ruin your visit in Paris if you chose this place.

Hotel is quite tired and dirty. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbour conversation. Room which was given didn’t have the right view, it was facing the wall and had the bad smell so we had to ask personnel to provide the right room what they did after long discussion and only next day. The worst thing is the staff. Some are trying to help but couple of individuals who are extremely rude are really creating the bad image about hotel. Especially luggage person Sylvain was extremely rude and left bad expression. People like this should not work in the service industry.

Das gesamte Personal von Empfang, Service, Reinigung etc. alle extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top und der Blick zum Eifelturm geht nicht besser.

In dem Zimmer sind schon ein paar Verschleiß Spuren

Paris worst stay

It was one of the worst stays in my life, we came early and they took my number and email to contact me whenever the room is ready, however no one called until I went to them at 8PM!!, in the next day someone opened the room door from the hotel staff ( three times ). one of them was at 10 AM!! Lastly, I lost my phone in the room and when I tried to contact them about it they said send an email and they gave us wrong email! , and I contacted them from booking also and didn’t receive any response from them. Additionally, there was dust in the billow whjch made me uncomfertable at night. They made my paris experience the worst!!
