Good

Lovely room, views, friendly and helpful staff (that spoke enough English). Excellent location next to a fantastic restaurant up the hill and great spa / massage at nearby Puluong Retreat.

Rooms are not very soundproof and it was noisy on the weekend. Nice and quiet after that. Pool had a lovely view but limited sun lounges and wasn't clean at all.

Great value for money, magnificent view

Beautiful location, super nice view from the pool.

The food there is kinda pricy, but there are 2 other restaurants up the hill, which are a bit cheaper, sometimes it was a bit hard to find someone from thr staff

Very good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the views from the room and the pool. The rooms we stayed in overlooked the rice paddies. The beds were soft and the rooms were clean. It was the perfect place to relax.

At times it was hard to find staff to get drinks. The food is a bit pricey but there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Not a lot of options for breakfast. Bike rental quite expensive too compared to other places.

beautiful location and not as crowded as Sapa

the aesthetics of the property was amazing! food was very delicious and reasonable for a set.

extremely thin walls. i could hear the family next door and workers downstairs my bungalow. they only accept cash. i had to take a 30 min cab ride to a town with an atm.

Puluong Home was like a home for us for 5 days. The staff treated us like family. We felt so privileged to be there. My wife's birthday happened to coincide with our stay, and Puluong Home staff went out of the way to get her a full cake, put it in our room together with sparklers, party hats and all. The sunrise and sunset from our balcony and the pool is magical. The mountains go misty in the morning and the valley bursts into a scene of golden during dusk. You wont get these views anywhere else in Vietnam. Puluong Home has the BEST views of this valley. If you want to slow down and have a chill time, please come to Puluong Home. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Very good

Rooms are nice, spacious, and comfortable. Great location, and the food was delicious.

Very few staff members speak english, and it's very basic. it was a bit hard to communicate, but still OK thanks to Google trad.

Good views with zero peace and quiet

Food was good except for breakfast. Very good views of the valley

Breakfast choice was very limited. Coffee was cold and fried eggs were served after I had asked for an omelette. A new building was being constructed with machine noise from 7am to 9pm. We shortened our stay by 3 days as a result.Broken seat on the toilet.

probably in the most beautiful location in the world we have ever visited. Run by a family who looked after us really well. The view from our rooms were amazing. The infinity swimming pool had an even more spectacular view.

strongly recommended

the staff was amazing with us we asked about guided tour and they help us to find a guide who took us for a great tour around the local villages. The food in the restaurant was very good and valuable. The room was very clean and comfortable and the view was amazing to the rice terrace.

only part of the staff know english but you can communicate with translate app or simple words so they are all very helpful and kind

Great spot for a quiet getaway

Amazing location, great food and friendly staff. Rooms were very nice with good furniture and comfortable balcony overlooking the rice paddies.

The swimming pool hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I think this is because the area will have been very quiet after Covid. This was my only complaint though, other than that it was great

Great stay at Pu Luong Home

It was really pretty and in the middle of “the jungle”. Breathtaking views and the place was very clean. In addition the food was really good.

We chose a standard double room without air condition and it was simply too hot and we didn’t sleep too good. However the manager/owner upgraded us for free and the bungalows were amazing with a little private terrace and Privat bathroom. Beautiful. So I recommend spending a few more dollars on a bungalow for sure.

Must Go Place!!!

Location is to die for. If you want to see a real Vietnamese country side, to much extent still not spoiled by tons of tourists, visit the place. Staff speaks limited English, breakfast was simple but good. This place is to relax and forget about the real, hasty world.

stay was good, check out process was bad and disappointing

breakfast was resonable, a few items to choose from cant complain. Location is good, only a little diffcult to find if you dont have GPS.

when we checked in the staff came to greet us outside the hotel as a car park about 100 metres away as the cars cant drive down to hotel level, when we checked out hotel staff didnt help, infact all of them wwere sitting down at the cafe and playing their phones

Reasonable

The host and the staff are super friendly and caring. They basically provide everything we need during the stay and are great guides for the local area. Food from the kitchen is reasonably priced and tasty. The property looks over the paddy fields in Pu Luong. Chose the right seasons to come, and you won't regret it. The property price is really good too.

My 1st room is fairly dusty and has spider webs here and there, which made me rarely take my stuff out. It's probably due to it hasn't been used for a long time, and the lockdown was over wasn't long ago. I complained to the host and got my room switched the next day, but still had to stay there for a night. There were bugs as well, but as you're in the mountainous areas, it's unavoidable. The swimming pool is really amazing with a view but hasn't been properly cleaned. Other types of service are quite pricey compared to even some retreats I've stayed in Phu Quoc. The property is down the hill, so some medium-size cars may not able to drive in, so pls don't bring too much luggage.

Incredibly beautiful homestay with amazing swimming pool.

Beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Delicious traditional vietnamese food. Spacious huts, we stayed in the deluxe room so it had a lovely balcony area.

There was a limited drinks menu and food prices were a little steep but similar to other homestays in the area. The staff were friendly but tourists may struggle to communicate in English. Motorbike price was more than normal at 50K per hour.

Superb

Good location, friendly staff. The kitchen works till 8.30 pm the whole day, which was very convenient. I tried a couple of vietnamese dishes: they were delicious. Pretty clean bathroom and room we took. Hot water in the shower. Only one towel. Wifi was enough to work online. Breakfast was in vietnamese style and had some range of variations. Boiled water available, which was nice, cuz it was rainy the whole weekend.

No soundproofing but I was expecting that. Luckily we didn't have loud neighbors with music or karaoke.

I would recommend it to my friends!

The location and the view from our room were great. Breakfast was served between 6-9 AM, which is reasonable. We booked a twin standard room with mountain view, good privacy and wifi signal. The beds were comfy enough to have a good night sleep. Plus, the pool was spectacular, love the view and the design. Also, the staff and the owner there were incredibly supportive, I forgot to bring my facial cleanser and they offered me one when I asked. The bathroom was bright that I enjoyed hot shower very much. You should definately try the fish sour soup with pineapples and tomatoes. It was one of the best there. If you're a dog lover then it's perfect for you because all the doggos there were friendly and super cute!!! Last but not least, please contact them beforehand if you travel there by your own car. Please do not go to their gate because the parking is not there, which causes you to reverse your car on hills.

We paid extra for the view with the hope that we can enjoy a little time in the balcony at evening, however, we failed to do so because there were too many bugs and insects. They even got in the room due to a small leak under the floor. We had to dim the light when hanging at night to avoid the insects. However, the homestay designed beds with curtains so you can still enjoy your sleep. The room was not sound proofing, so I was waken by next door snoring and footstep sounds when I took a nap. The breafast was fine but there was not many options.

It's a beautiful Homestay style place with a room that's very quaint and comfy. The bed is a little hard but that wasn't a problem. The rooms is well kitted out with nice lighting and touches. The staff are friendly and super accommodating. There will be bugs, but they are harmless. So just kick back, relax and enjoy your stay. You're in the jungle baby!

Second visit, would stay again

Everything else! As I said this is my second stay, I really like this homestay! The pool is amazing, the location is stunning, the building is great it feels like a time capsule until you have to use anything then it's very modern. The internet was quick! I almost forgot about breakfast, they've definitely got you covered for most things you could want there!

The food is over priced, and there was no set menus for couples. Also when they did it laundry they mixed the farmers and the whites now all the whites we have them are grey.

Go Here!

They were wonderful hosts, the staff really looked out for us, and everyone was very kind. The pool, the view, and the rooms were great. Very fun jungle bungalow vibes. Loved it and definitely want to come back to this particular spot.

The bikes for rent are dodgy, but they still got us around.

Had a great 2 nights in Pu Luong home :) thé view is beautiful and the pool overlooking the rice paddies is lovely. Staff were very friendly too. Rooms are small but just what you need when you’re outside most of the time. I fully recommend!
