Nestled in Telluride, this charming house for $356 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Ski-in, Ski-out in town! 10% weekly rental discount! Summer - Walk to Town Park and Festivals!! This is it! No reason to look further! A 2 bedroom, in-town, 3 level townhome that is truly “ski in/ski out”. Walk out the front door, through the private access gates accessing lift 7, put your skis on and shush over to the lift 100 feet away. Lift ticket sales and ski rentals are also available at the base of lift 7. Notice: Although our property has a non-refundable requirement, we will offer full refunds based on government issued Covid-19 travel and lodging restrictions. An exceptional, modern and newly renovated townhome with all amenities needed for a memorable vacation. Absolute ski in/ski out location. Our townhome is located across the street from free town shuttle bus with quick access to the Gondola and Main Street shops and restaurants. Shuttle schedule departs every 10 minutes (varies by season and event). Skip the shuttle and stroll past charming Victorian houses to restaurants and shops (10 minute walk). Double Diamond is located next to the scenic river trail with additional access to great hiking and biking trails. Ice skating is available in the Telluride town park and the Mountain Village is accessible via the free Gondola. This is the perfect location for a family or group ski vacation. Come and go as you please. Return home for lunch or grab additional clothes to cover up as the fresh powder hits. Prepare soup or chili in the crock pot before skiing in the morning – enjoy a homemade lunch at home – more convenient and less costly than going out everyday to lunch. Or simply make some turns, take it easy and hit the Double Diamond hot tub as you watch skiers and riders on the slopes. This is also the perfect quiet location for Spring, Summer and Fall holidays. Bring or rent your bikes – bike racks are located within the Double Diamond complex. Our townhome has direct access to hiking and biking trails along with in-town tennis, jeep adventures, free gondola rides, farm markets, museum and historic town and home tours. Don’t miss the world renowned Telluride festivals including Bluegrass, Jazz, Mountain Film, Wine, Blues and Brews and a fabulous 4th of July. Don’t forget leaf changing in the fall. The entire 3 level townhome has all oak wood floors, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2.5 bathrooms. Everyone will have plenty of room. There is also lower level garage parking for your car (cannot accommodate trucks, large SUVs - parking pass provided for lot across the street) and a laundry room containing a washer and dryer. Look out the skylights and see the ski slopes right from the living room. The living room features a beautiful stone (gas) fireplace and big screen 65 inch HD television with expanded cable and BLU-Ray player. The kitchen is completely and fully equipped with all your cooking and serving accessories and includes granite countertops and new stainless steel gas appliances. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in unit. No loud parties - maximum occupancy 4. Travel insurance recommended because of non-refundable reservations. This condo was perfect for the two of us and an occasional guest (I have family who live in T-ride). Just a short walk to the lift, and main street. Being able to park at the door for unloading was key. It snowed while we were here - bonus! We'd stay here again and highly recommend it!

This condo was perfect for our time in Telluride! The place was cozy, the beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The location was walkable to the downtown area with lots of shopping and restaurants. Bill was a great host and easy to communicate with!

Nice place close to town
The best part of this place is the close walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants in Telluride. It’s also close to several trailheads you can easily walk to. The condo is clean and fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals and has most of the modern conveniences of home. The spacing is tight in most rooms especially the bathrooms so if you’re a big person this might not be the best place for you.
With windows open at night to stay cool we also experienced noisy neighbors who were up late and kept us up a couple nights.
Overall I’ll say this was a great place to stay for 2-4 people, due to the location and amenities.

This property was perfect for 4 adults. Each bedroom had their own bathroom (tiny but doable) This place was perfect for a festival weekend with friends. Loved the small balcony. This place had everything we needed and more.

Perfection for ski in/ski out
Bill's place was the absolutely perfect ski condo. It's located right next to Lift 7 and has a great set up for gear (a garage!) and just the right amount of space for us and our kids. The place was also super clean, modern designed, well decorated, had everything we needed, was warm and comfortable.

Very small, but reasonable for a short stay
The owner is very communicative and the price was reasonable during one of the most popular times to stay in Telluride. This said, one must be aware that everything about the condo is TINY, from the garage to the bathroom sinks. If you’re a bigger person whether in length or width, you’d want to stay elsewhere. Otherwise, good luck!

We had a great time visiting Telluride and Bill’s condo was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was so clean and so many little things were provided like dish soap, shampoo, tp etc. The location is fantastic for catching the shuttle or riding the river trail - so pretty! Just don't forget to unlock the patio door before going out! My husband and I locked ourselves out, but luckily he had his phone and we could call our teens to come get us. Made for a funny memory. Telluride is truly a special place, I hope we can visit again!

We were out in Telluride for a ski trip as a graduation present for our oldest son. This property is in a fantastic location - maybe 100 yds from Lift 7 - so that part was perfect. Bill was absolutely great to work with as well. Very supportive the entire time we were there. Having the garage was very convenient to throw all of our ski gear in after a day on the slopes! Also the kitchen is extremely well stocked with spices and cookware that you may need if you decide to cook at home like we did most of the time.However, there were a few minor complaints. We did have some issues with noise at one of the adjoining condos - so much so that we eventually had to call the local police in order to shut the party down as it had been 3 nights in a row that we were woken up. Also, the furniture in the main living area is not super comfortable and both bedrooms are extremely small. Overall it was a good stay but the few issues keep it from being 5 stars. We would stay there again but definitely wouldn't suggest it for more than 4 people
