Located in Flagstaff, this attractive house for $209 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This historic remodeled home is located within walking distance to dozens of restaurants and bars as well as retail shopping. There are two bedrooms,(queen sofa sleeper in living room) one bathroom, a laundry room, and a full kitchen. The counters are granite with solid maple cabinets. The front yard is fenced with a cute custom fence that resembles a flowing river, with a table and chairs for taking in the essence of the town. The backyard has a six foot cedar fence that creates a lot of privacy for the landscaped yard. A large hot tub sits in the corner and there is a large paver area in the back and a small patch of grass. The house was built in 1915 as part of the original town site.

The house was fantastic. Had everything you would need/want and was a short a walk from downtown, parks, and the library. Had good kitchen equipment, was very clean, and also had a large backyard with hot tub. Would love to stay again.

Loved the location which is walking distance to downtown and lots of places to eat/shop. Close to a playground and Lowell Observatory at the end of the street. It was all one level and actually very baby friendly because we could close doors easily. Nice layout and open concept for eating and gathering. Loved the hot tub in the backyard!

Everything was great the Bungalow is warm clean and cozy the location is perfect. Our grandaughter goes to NAU we were close to her apt. so we walked everywhere. The kitchen had very nice cookware. Please don't forget us Tom and Linda Haren

We have booked this property three times to celebrate my hubby's birthday which happened to be on Dia del Los Muertos. We used to live in Flag and live coming back up in the fall. It is hard for us to travel with our five Cavaliers but this property makes it so easy. It is so fun to be able to share the beauty of both fenced front and back yards with them. The house is lovely, well appointed, and very comfortable. We cook a lot for ourselves while there, and they have pretty much all you'd need. The neighborhood is quiet and you can walk to downtown easily. The hosts have been very easy to work with and respond quickly. My only suggestion would be to include the info about check in etc in the body of an email vs as an attachment, as I could never get it to pull up. I don't travel with a computer and so couldn't try opening it that way. Wonderful trip - we will be back.

This property and the surrounding neighborhood was like traveling back in time. The house was definitely well cared for and absolutely adorable. Windows, doors trim made it seem like we stepped back in time. Incredible property. Highly recommend and would definitely return

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this property with our dogs, walking everywhere, and relaxing in the hot tub at night. It had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Nice location and cute place! Everything was well maintained and easy to use. The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Kitchen was stocked with basic spices and all the cookware you could need, and all the appliances were hi! The hot tub was perfect for cool nights!

Lovely home with open space. Comfortable beds and great closet space & dresser in queen bedroom. Excellent enclosed yards front and back for dog. Great kitchen space and big laundry room area. Easy walk to downtown and Thorpe Park. Loved our stay and would highly recommend this VRBO!

Very nice, clean ,charming little house in downtown Flagstaff. Great walk to everything location. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Very nice fenced front and backyard. A couple things that could be better would be the internet, very spotty service, and the hot tub could be cleaner. We opened up the hot tub and there was a swimsuit from a previous guest still in it. There was no chlorine tablet left either. We decided not to use it. The internet is definitely an issue if you plan on working remote. There is cable tv and a dvd player with some classic movies on hand, but no smart tv which means no streaming anything. Overall nice stay!

We visited Flagstaff this past weekend to take our 18-year-old daughter to college. We rented this lovely two-bedroom house with a yard, so that we could bring our dog, and so my daughter could stay one or two last nights with us if she wanted. This place was perfect! The location is amazing - right across from a park, and just half a mile from downtown Flagstaff. We took several walks everyday with our dog, who also had the time of her life since she got to be with us non-stop, enjoying the beautiful weather, long walks around town, and then having a fenced yard, so not to worry, when we came back to the house. The home has fenced yards in the front and back. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils in case someone wanted to cook - although we were busy exploring local places. There is a hot tub in the backyard, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The queen bed in the master bedroom was comfy. I don't know about the two twins in the other room, but assume they are fine. The whole house was very comfy, overall. Check-in was easy, with extremely clear directions. I also appreciated the clear directions for checking out. We would definitely love to rent this place again when we return to visit our daughter.

Beautiful home- very comfortable. Love the fenced in front and back yards! My dog loves to sit out front and watch Flagstaff folks walk and ride bikes by- great entertainment! Beautiful back yard with lovely patio! Everything there that you need! Nice location- easy to get to everything! Manager is always friendly and available to help you out!

The pictures do a good job showing the property and everything was well prepared for our arrival, including instructions and welcome snacks. The location is perfect, easy walk to downtown and nearby park. For those with young kids, I would keep in mind that noise can travel fairly easily to the second bedroom from the living space adjacent to it, so if you have sensitive sleepers you may end up having to manage how you walk around at night until they are asleep. I would also check with the owners if there is any planned garden/upkeep work as there was during our stay which made the outdoor area less accessible/kid-safe (i.e., chemical sprays, partial fixing of broken steps.) Overall, recommended!

As soon as we drove up into the driveway we were met with pots of pretty flowers and a cute yard. The house is spacious with a large remodeled kitchen. A really spacious backyard and hot tub. We loved it! Close to the Lowell observatory and downtown. This property is very clean and has a large washer and dryer. The mattresses could use an upgrade but everything else was perfect. Great stay!

The house was even better than expected! It was immaculate and in a great location. It was an easy walk into town for coffee at Late For The Train, shopping and food. The hot tub was top notch and easy to use. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
