Amazing!

I cannot fault this place. We’ve been on the road for almost a month and stayed in a number of places. This has been our favourite! The house is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. It’s in an excellent location. They went above and beyond by having a well stocked panty with the basics, plus milk in the fridge and a coffee machine. Excellent communication from the owner. If we come back to Ballarat we will absolutely stay here!

Pleasant and convenient.

Beautiful property, clean and convenient location.

Couldn’t leave windows and back doors open due to amount of flies that were around. If only they had fly screens it would have been perfect.

Fabulous restored home close to everything

The house was beautifully restored, close to the city and restaurants. Everything was of very high quality, and everything that you could possibly want was provided. We loved our stay.

Comfy and more value for money than a hotel. It was very enjoyable and we'd book it again next time.

Spacious, clean, close to many and varied eating places. Host was available for all queries and very easy to work with. Our needs were adequately provided for.

Found juggling the parking a little challenging, but managed not to have to park too far away.

We had a very enjoyable stay at No 10

The property was super comfy and well appointed. It was in a great central location and walking distance to town centre and restaurants.

Only slight negative is that street parking is restricted during business hours and the backyard access is difficult for larger vehicles.

Fantastic home for one or two families with plenty of space, close to shops & eateries.

The house was amazingly comfortable & our kids wanted to move in as it felt so homely. It was clean & had everything we needed & aesthetically beautiful.

We could live there and will be back whenever we have to stay in Ballarat.

The location was ideal. Great restaurants, 24 hour pharmacy, gourmet pizza, petrol stations selling all papers - all within easy walking distance. Very spacious rooms, high ceilings and deep skirting boards, comfortable beds and a generous supply of condiments.

the house felt grand and historic. the rooms were large and decor and furnishings were absolutely lovely. kitchen, dining and lounge were modern. stunning. the house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. it was so close to town, walking distance to most places.

My favourite place to stay in Ballarat

The photos don't even do it justice. Gorgeous, charming, roomy, central place with good central heating, oodles of character, modern kitchen, very comfortable bed, *awesome* bath tub, accommodating staff, beautiful and also comfortable living space... 10 out of 10 on all fronts.

An oasis of calm and beauty in a convenient location.

The house is stunning and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were delightful to sleep in, climate control fantastic, aesthetic throughout was very beautiful and the kitchen and bathrooms well appointed. Was able to cook a full meal with everything I needed on hand, and we only wished we could stay longer!
