This Downtown Pismo Beach vacation rental is a spacious 2000+ sq. ft townhome. Beach, Pier Plaza and local attractions just two blocks away at the end of the street. Living room is furnished with a fireplace, Smart TV for streaming, Wi-Fi. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Dining area seats eight along with a breakfast bar with three bar stools. Sleeps 8 people on a king, queen, and 2 twins in the 3 bedrooms, as well as a queen sofa-sleeper (linens and pillows provided) in living room. Ocean views from multiple decks, Gas BBQ, and outdoor dining perfect for entertaining family and friends. Washer and dryer. One assigned carport and one assigned garage for a total of 2 parking spaces. This Property Does Not Have Air Conditioning Dogs allowed with prior approval, and additional fee(s) will apply once approved.

This place has it all. Very spacious, huge kitchen, all of the bedrooms were great, nice 3 bathrooms. Very close to the beach. Great views from all the windows. Quiet neighborhood. Rental company was wonderful to work with, made everything easy.

Great long term stay
We had a great visit and stayed long enough to get to know Cherie, Ken and Jose. Every call was received and responded to quickly. The washing machine was on the blink for a bit, the repair guy came out quickly, and took care of business.
The parking is always a challenge, but the team was quick to address any issues that arose with neighbors. Highly recommend Coastal Vacation Rentals and the properties they manage.

Needs TLC
We have utilized Coastal for about 20 years, or so. The unit was in need of some attention. It could have been cleaner as the floors are always sandy. It seems poorly stocked for family vacation needs too. It was better stocked a few years ago, with pots, pans, serving items, etc. A few things needed to be repaired!

Great location
This condo has a great location. The beach and pier are a 5 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby too. It's spacious and was our family of 5 + dog was very comfortable. It's full of natural light and clean and neat. The property management company was very responsive. Some beds had missing pillowcases and there were no coffee filters in the kitchen but they sent someone over immediately to rectify the issues. We really enjoyed our stay. Yes I think a couple of upgrades would make this an amazing property. 1. It's noisy at night if you leave the widows open but stuffy if you close them. Tower fans would do wonders. 2. The kitchen was a bit bare. So if you're planning to do a lot of cooking, this property is not for you. 3. Most rental properties these days have at least foil, plastic wrap and ziplock bags in the kitchen. These are small conveniences that make a difference.

Great location! Might need to bring baby gates!
This place is in a fantastic location. Just a block up from the main pier and shops. If you have littles, baby gates might need to be added to your packing list as all rooms are upstairs. That was pretty much the only thing that was a miss with this property! Otherwise we all enjoyed our stay!

Townhouse Rental 361 C Hinds
We rented this unit for one week for our family reunion along with 36l Hinds A, and B. It was perfect for our family, for the adults and the children. We liked the location--near the beach and close to Pismo's restaurants and shops. The reservation staff were great and quickly responded to any needs we had. The unit is clean and very well maintained. When we come again to Pismo, we hope to be able to rent these units again.

On whats counts most 5 stars but not so good on the details
On the things that matter most like location and size of the units this was a great rental that we really enjoyed. But for $500 a night the details were missing like many of the light bulbs we burnt out, none of the outside balcony lights worked, the BBQ burners we all plugged with grease, the fireplace didn't work, the kitchen was provisioned with just the minimum, some of the furniture was worn out. With a bit more attention to the details this would be a fabulous property.

Good Unit and Good Location- Details Needs Attention to be Great
The units was spacious, clean and centrally located. On the things that mattered most to us this is a 5 star place. But for the high nightly rate, the details were missing. For example: Fireplace didn't work. Many of the light bulbs were burnt out including all of them on the balcony. BBQ had to be cleaned before burners would light. One chair on the balcony was completely ripped out and should be thrown in the garbage. A chair in the living room had the leather worn off in places (looked like it belonged in someone's basement).

Yearly Pismo family vacation
This is the first time we rented 361 C and we were very pleased with the accommodations. we have utilized Coastal Vacation Rentals for the last 7 years from Cambria, Ca. Down to Oceano, Ca. And have not been disappointed yet. I would highly recommend Coastal Vacation Rentals to everyone. The staff is always polite and well versed on all properties when selecting our stays every year.

Family getaway
We recently traveled to Pismo with another family and their teens. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw how spacious the condo was. It's a great layout. We loved that everything was walking distance, including the property management office for pickup/drop off of keys.

What an amazing time we had! Perfect for our extended family...
I along with my (3) siblings were searching for a Vacation spot to host our family reunion in Pismo Beach and my brother found this gem. All (3) units were the perfect amount of bedrooms for our extended family. The units were decorated very nicely and very well maintained! The views were to die for! I would definitely recommend this spot for any family gathering!

We rented unit B & C for 6 families and everyone enjoyed the stay. The facilities were beyond our expectations. Property management company were call away to address/answer any issues/questions.

Yearbook Camp
After years of staying with Coastal Vacation Rentals I was a little disappointed that there was no basic supplies like Kleenex, cooking oil, no salt and pepper, etc. There has always been basic supplies so we were not prepared.

Family gathering convenience
Because two of the units at 361 Hinds were occupied by family members, it was an especially satisfactory experience. The large kitchen and open space at 361C was great for meals and visiting. Only comments for improvement: two worn chairs in living area and a teakettle with sharp broken handle. Excellent experience.

Pismo vacation
Excellent rental and very roomy. We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed the attached deck between rentals. It was great for a family gathering and barbecue. Our only complaint was the condition of both pullout sofas in both rentals. They were badly broken and could not be used as an extra place to sleep.

Girl's weekend away
Five friends decided to get away from our mommy/wife roles and take a trip to pismo beach. I have stayed in this particular condo before and knew it would be perfect. The price was great for five people to split and the location and condo fit our needs perfectly. It was very convenient to pick up our keys late the day of arrival. My only complaint is that, because we came late, we had no one to call when our key seemed to not be working. The door needs a lot of messing with to get it to open. We were a little nervous about what we were going to do. Until one of us messed just enough to get it open. I suggest fixing the door lock so it works the first time.

Great location for Cal Poly graduation! We all loved being able to walk to beach, shops downtown, restaurants, and only 10 minutes drive up 101 to San Luis Obispo. Would definitely stay again.
