Pismo Pier Plaza and boardwalk with shops and restaurants is right at the end of the street are only two blocks away! This luxury town home sleeps eight people on a king, queen, and 2 twins in the 3 bedrooms, and a queen sofa-sleeper (linens and pillows provided) in living room. Fireplace, Smart TV for streaming and Wi-Fi in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, Keurig and breakfast bar with 3 stools. Ocean views from multiple decks with a Gas BBQ and outdoor dining area perfect for entertaining family and friends. Dining area that seats 8 people. Washer and dryer. One assigned carport and one assigned garage for a total of 2 parking spaces. This Property Does Not Have Air Conditioning Dogs allowed with prior approval, and additional fee(s) will apply once approved.

Lovely Weekend!
This location is great for the proximity to the beach and shopping however, when we first arrived there were a few code violations with regards to the smoke detectors missing in the main living area along with in the master bedroom, one of the outlet covers was broken potentially exposing wires to curious kids. I have reported it to the property management so hopefully that is remedied for future stays! But overall it was great! If you need measuring utensils I would plan on packing those. There is only a one cup measuring cup! We would stay here again!

Spacious Condo walking distance to everything!
Condo is very spacious inside. Outdoor balconies are an added feature. So close to pier and restaurants. Garage space and additional space for parking a real plus!!!!

Attention
We are back in the Hinds condos because the owner of the one we prefer has decided not to rent out anymore. It was perfect, but we understand. The first thing we noticed in "B" was the fact that the floor most likely had not been mopped. It was pretty gritty with sand, and our toddler's feet were really black within seconds! I grew up by the beach and know it is not a condition that is unavoidable, it is from cleaning too quickly, and not mopping. The cooking utensils leave a bit to be desired as well. Our previous condo was better stocked with items to accommodate 9 people. Some upgrades should be made for the price! Views have been cut short by the new hotels at the boardwalk, but overall things were great as always.

Townhouse Rental Hinds 36l B
We rented this unit for one week along with 36l A and C for our family reunion. The three units exceeded our expectations. They were clean and well-maintained and perfect for the adults and children. It was easy to walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The reservation staff were very efficient and quickly responded to any needs we had. We would definitely recommend this unit and the other two to our friends. When We return to Pismo, we would like to be able to rent them again.

4th of July Get Away
A great place for groups or families! Beautiful location & ideal spot for fireworks! Only word of caution is that the balcony railings are pretty short & a little scary with the little ones. Other than that would definitely stay there again!

Family Fun
Enjoyed by three generations from 7 months to 70 years. Space for everyone to be together or have individual quiet time -- inside or one one of several patios. Views & weather perfect. Very helpful staff. A great Thanksgiving stay!

Great size and comfortable. Short walk to beach. Shares a balcony with unit C so there needs to be blinds in the kitchen for privacy.

Good location, clean house
However the property clearly needs a little more attention. The upper 2 bedrooms had no draperies on the front windows(we had to hang towels for privacy). Despite telling the office about that on the 2nd day, nobody came to fix it. Also the amount of cutleries

I rented 361 Hinds A, B, C and 341 Hinds during the Spring break with friends and families. We had a wonderful time. thank you. It is the 3rd year that I rented from Coastal Vacation Rental. The management is great and helpful. For sure, we will go back again.

It has been 25 plus years since my family has gotten all together in one location. 361 Hinds Avenue provided us the opportunity to give my dad his birthday wish. It was the perfect location with great views. We would definitely recommend and would rent this unit out again.

Love the new carpets. View is great as always. Very easy to get around w/o driving. Plenty of parking for our cars!
Couch bed is quite uncomfortable; perhaps you could furnish an egg carton type covering to help. Check batteries in smoke detectors regularly to keep them working. Exhaust fan in upstairs bathroom off the hallway quit working one day. Overall unit was visibly clean & in good condition, but scrub floors more thoroughly & check to make sure propane is not empty.

Great place to stay in Pismo Beach
My husband wanted to get away for his birthday, so we decided on Pismo Beach after visiting SLO a couple of months back. We did. It prearrange this trip. It was spare of the moment. We arrived in Pismo 10 mins before the office closed on a Thursday. The guy that took care of us (sorry don't remember his name) was nice, took his time, and did not rush to get out of there.
The house we stayed in was awesome, clean, windows all around with great views, and the interior was great as well. Planning on renting again here in the future.

Hinds units reviewed
Our family was very pleased with our experience at your units at 361 Hinds. They were all in great condition, clean and inviting. Some lights were burned out in Unit C in the T.V. area and above the large table. The shower soaps were so small, harder to use. We loved having Units B and C connected. The kitchens were very nice and bright. Close to the beach was helpful and convenient. Overall, a great place. The office workers were very kind and helpful. All in all, a great experience.

Oven didn't work. Someone came but couldn't fix it. We were allowed to use oven from a nearby condo. No soap or wash/hand towels in bathroom. The check-in procedure using keypad and lock box was difficult and took too long. Key was hard to work in lock box. The process of returning keypad to its location required several steps that had to be done in sequence and was neither obvious nor posted. We did get help over the phone. Need more coffee mugs. Drain outside door to balcony did not work, so we had minor flooding outside the door.

Great location, a few tune-ups needed
Property is getting a bit tired. Ice maker wasn't working,wifi worked only after a rep from the rental office came over and made some repairs.

Suggestion to have a binder in the home indicating where are things. Did see the note on the refrigerator. Had to look through the whole house to make sure there were enough towels for 9 people.
