Great family vacay

The location was phenomenal! The cottage was well equipped and clean. I would highly recommend.

Overall cozy spot

The home was conveniently located near all of our booked activities. We were barely at the cottage but to sleep. That's a plus.

The address instructed us to arrive to bldg 69 which we thought was our reserved unit as we saw stairs and private pool in pictures before booking. Assuming we were in a full two story home, we were wrong. We called multiple numbers before finally getting in contact with property manager who informed us we were outside of the wrong unit. Which had a completely different address and was not two story (was but we didn't have access to top). We booked a 2 bedroom 1bath or so we thought. Once inside the place was cozy but immediately after using the restroom my daughter washed her hands and the sink was clogged and would not drain. It had this black substance in it. We had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink or spit out in the toilet. My child had an accident in the bed and we went to remove the water proof sheet to wash and the mattress was completely soiled with multiple pee or whatever stains. It was disgusting. Who knows what was underneath all other bed covers. Those need to be replaced.

Roaches

Location

Roaches. Places was not clean. Stains on the sheets. Floors not clean. Vents were gross. Roaches were coming out of the outlets. Water pressure was poor. Not hot water in the kitchen.

Loved being so close to the ocean. Best sand beach ever!

I didn’t make it for breakfast but I heard it was a good breakfast.

We had problems with our code to get into the room, struggled with that on the phone with someone for about an hour. He was suppose to call back but didn’t. We left to eat. Tried again The employee gave us a new # that worked. A little disappointed because we feel like we missed a whole day. The last day we called to see if we could check out at 2:00. Was told a firm no. Another day on the beach missed.

Cottage was pretty clean . And had space to move around in .

cottage was separate so only one family below us . Short walk to the beach .

There was 6 towels and 3 hand towels 3 washcloths . we reserved 7 days for 4 people . there were no dressers in bedroom or in living room since the sofa listed as bed area . No place to put clothes in little closet in bedroom it was full of sweepers and mop and broom . pool was not heated . Smokers outside under us on balcony and 2 cottages down . Rental agreement said no smoking on premises inside or out . No place to put your food in kitchen it was stuffed full of dishes and appliances . The bunk bed area is not safe in my opinion . The rail at the top was like a shower curtain rod and pops off .

Great if the rat hadn’t been sharing accommodations.

Where it was located and reasonably priced for the location.

We had a rather large mouse or a rat in the apartment

That it had a complete furnished apartment.

Got there and the sliding door didn't lock. Cable didn't work. The toaster caught on fire cooking a bagel.

Overall the best part was the easy access to the beach and our stay was fair.

The property was close to the beach. Checking in was easy.

Some of the furniture could be replaced. Shower Curtains were molded. Furniture could be replaced. Such as Bunkbeds, and sofa couch. Dishes in the cabinet were not clean.

Very close to the beach. Laundry was close. Fixed things when i brought them to the staffs attention.

They unit we stayed in was not maintained well. There was broken drawers a lot of chipped paint and chipped flooring.

Clean and two minutes from the beach

We bought a small skillet to make eggs. The one there was dirty and after we soaked.it to clean it we noticed it was skuffed up a bit. Luggage racks would be a huge convenience.

very nice, roomy, comfortable accommodation. condo was quiet. pool was nice. walking distance to the beach.

facility could use some updates to some of the furniture and finishes. for instance, carpeting on stairs is worn and should be replaced. some of the building exteriors have algae or dirt on them and need a good cleaning. the glass shower enclosure door did not close well and probably be best replaced.

mattresses weren’t super comfortable, and a/c didn’t work the first night. it was fixed the next day though, so that was good.

Short BUT NOT SWEET!!!

The ease of access to the beach and/or other venues... The setup of the facility... The quiet hours...

The blinds were broken in several windows with one missing altogether allowing the neighbor facility occupants and the sun a clear path to the bunk beds... The bed in the bedroom was quite worn and the mattress in need of replacement... The bed had not been cleaned under in several weeks... TV remote missing... The light in the bottom bunk bed was broken and wires exposed... The foldout bed although comfortable was very squeaky and the cushions stained and soiled... Killed several water bugs in the kitchen area... Loud, disgusting music during the day... Sharing a local contact number to your office AFTER the stay... Repeated emails begging for ratings or reviews... After refusing to work with us on changing dates because of a family emergency and a $700 fee I guess was expecting more or better...I realize it's not the Hilton but with the list of issues listed above and no way to contact your office til AFTER the stay I would look elsewhere for a place to stay on a return visit...

Overall it was a bad experience the only thing I liked was that I could easily walk to the beach

to be honest the only good part was the location.

everything else was horrible the beds were super uncomfortable the bathroom needs to be remodeled it’s really disgusting the floors are all torn up and some of the cabinets are messed up
