Stayed at the outback many times other than the unit the property is awesome

location

very bare minimum supplies and decoration. No salt, 1 tv for the whole place, no coffee table, no shower caddy, sofa bed ripped and uncomfortable. Miss matched furniture. Just seemed like no care for comfort for renters charge the big bucks but not caring about giving value for money.

Great units and beautiful setting.

The unit was excellent and the view fantastic. The kitchen came well supplied.

Upon arrival we had a hard time heating the unit, although it was cold outside. We looked at the furnace filter which could have been years old (with vacuuming it was a mess). There was no answer at the front desk so we replaced it. We were nice and warm after that. We felt the bathrooms should have been stocked with toiletries.

We loved the location. What a beautful complex and roomy house! And we loved the house and the amenities provided met all our needs. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would recommend it to anyone!

It was a bit of a haul bringing the suitcases and supplies for our stay to the house. A cart was provided but it was small for the baggage we four had along. It took a while to figure out the wifi, we eventually found the that instructions had changed and were written over the originals in the welcome book.

I love this property but I will not book through Booking.com again

Great place to vacation with family (and pets!). The condo was spacious, lots of room for two families, and we made great use of the outdoor space. The condo is located right next to the tennis courts and is a short walk to the lake. This is our third trip out to the property and we will definitely return. Always a great stay!

I would caution others from booking this property through Booking.com! The amount that I was charged by the property was significantly more than what Booking.com had priced. Booking.com said that this was due to some sort of hotel fee that they forgot to include in their price when I booked originally and that they would refund me the amount. However weeks have gone by, and after many email exchanges and phone calls, I still haven't seen a refund. Minor points but the unit that we rented in Trout Lake is located 400m from the parking lot down a small gravel road and up a hill. We had lots of stuff to pack in (especially travelling with two young babies) so it was a bit of a pain to get everything to the unit. The unit did have a wagon available but we didn't see if until we accessed the unit.

Fantastic location for summer!

Beautiful spot and very relaxing with a lake view.

Due to COVID a couple of things were closed.

Would consider The Outback again but a different unit.

Underwhelming location compared to others on the property. View of tennis court 😒 Would have liked a more scenic situation and a few more amenities like a fireplace/hot tub Dishwasher didn’t work, dirty dishes in the cupboards.

Peaceful and beautiful Fall retreat. Large unit for a relaxing weekend for the whole family.

Gorgeous property and stunning views. Loved it!! We were in the condo closest to the marina boardwalk and beach. Unit SB 001 (a busy location.) The marina was right out front -- but we went in Fall and it was lovely and peaceful. The kitchen was large and well equipped for out Thanksgiving dinner. 3 large bedrooms with 3 bathrooms!! Perfect location to see the beach from the living area and close to the hot tub, pool and marina. Nice walkways to see the entire acreage and facilities. The property is not accessible for elderly or those with walking impairments. My parents were able to walk the flat area around the beach and marina but not much more than that, as the property has steep roads and walkways. Great covered parking and one extra spot in the parking lot, however you do need to walk about 300 feet to the unit -- and we were offered help with a golf cart.

There were 3 beds and only one was very comfortable. The second bedroom had a very soft mattress, and the third bed was a pull out with a blowup mattress on top. However, it was deflated quite a bit when we arrived and had to be blown up each night. Lights had a bit of a flicker all weekend...maybe from the LED lights?...not sure about why.
