Lovely! Will be returning to this property.

Private deck overlooking golf course. Lovely decor. Well stocked kitchen. Great location to Downtown & restaurants. Swaddee Thai was our go to almost every night. Being from Tuscon, we are are very deprived of a lovely wonderful Thai Food restaurant. Quick response from owners. Will return

Worst rental experience we've ever had. Hot and miserable. Host offered no apologies, no solutions

Worst rental experience we've ever had. It was extremely hot in the house. No central air. 3 portable A/C units. And the house has electrical problems, so the downstairs unit turned off repeatedly, including when we tried using the garage. And the garage was the only way to lock the house, so the downstairs A/C would turn off when you tried putting the garage down. When we arrived Friday afternoon, the house was 84 degrees downstairs. And didn't reach 80 degrees until 11pm. We left the house on Saturday afternoon, and when we came back at 8:30pm the house was 87 degrees. The downstairs A/C had turned off. It was miserable and we thought about just driving back to Phoenix where we had a house with air conditioning and no electrical problems. I had contacted the host twice. Once Friday afternoon when we arrived to address the excessive heat of the house. He said "If the units weren't on when you got there, they need time to cool the place." No apology. No other solution. Basically, we'll have to deal with the house as it is. As mentioned, it was still 80 degrees at 11pm. I contacted the host again when we left Friday evening to go shopping. As we were leaving through the garage (the only way to lock the house when leaving), the garage door stopped halfway down. It had tripped a circuit breaker. After trying for several minutes to figure out what was wrong, it was obvious you couldn't operate the garage door with the downstairs AC on. So, we had to leave by the front door and leave it unlocked so the downstairs AC wouldn't turn off because of the garage door. But the AC would turn off anyway because it was too much for the electrical circuit. I contacted the host about this Friday evening. He said "Garage opener was replaced yesterday. That's disappointing". Again... no apology of any kind. And again, no solution. No offer to help. Just "That's disappointing".

Decent rental, nice location, kitchen a bit deficient.

This is a vacation rental in a very modest house on a golf course. The house was fine.

Our recommendations: Pots and pans are missing or worn and in need of replacement. This only matters to guests who wish to prepare food and not dine out all the time. There is no dish drainer, so hard to deal with washing pots and pans. There is no way to boil water aside from the single small sauce pan. A tea kettle would be nice. Had to adjust heat registers to get heat in the right places Master bedroom is great, guest bedroom had twins, which only works for guests with kids, not for 2 couples Internet speed seems to be throttled down Owner did not respond to a problem with the television

The best property to stay with you’re family

We really like the stores where close to us and the north pole experience too the property was really clean and it had everything we need to cook for our family we will stay here again next year.

Nicely furnished, end unit on the golf course. Close to everything.
