Repcja, obsługa, części wspólne, śniadanie, bufet kawowy, tarasa widokowy.
Klimatyczne miejsce.
Bateria kranowa i prysznicowa wymagała ciagłego trzymania jedną ręką aby leciała woda.
Miłym udogodnieniem byłoby gdyby w namiocie w chłodne dni czekał na gości termos z ciepłą herbatą.

Fun, conveniently located from local sites. Staff were SUPER friendly and helpful. Very responsive and helped us with lighting our stove every night.
We have done glamping in Europe and Africa and usually the sites had their own electricity generator for guest tents, so at least guests could use hair dryers, and were provided with some decent heating, and also wifi. We did not expect the site to be so spartan because it was sold to us as glamping, not camping. The tiny stove provided was not easy to light. Restaurant not a lot of choice.

Great location. Very different from the offer in the vicinity.
Nice people at the reception desk.
The noise: Golf car running up and down at night.
Lack of training of the food and beverage people: Blond waitress reluctant to clean the orange juice she just spilled on the table. Tables not cleaned between customers.
Plastic glasses everywhere after the lecture on eco consciousness of the location.

Location was AMAZING.

I loved the Water mist by the tents and the fact there is a restraunt nearby, even though it's not open all day. Having Shower and a toilet are nice too! The help from the staff to haul luggage back and forth and to bring you anything needed. The view was also great!
How hot it was. Maybe larger fans or larger Battery packs for power(Even though the water mist was great, but you can't use it at night or morning). The cost was a tiny bit more than I would think.

Location is perfect to visit various sights, such as Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend.
The tents are far enough from any streets to keep its magic and natural environment. Food options are great.
If you are not lucky with the weather it is a shame to pay for a tent that looses comfort the colder it gets. Unfortunately our oven in the tent started release so much smoke that it was unbearable to breath and we had to call twice someone to check the fire. At the end we had to sleep without any heating, only several blankets in a rainy and extremely windy night with temperatures around the 40ies. The highlight of our 10 day road trip turned out to be the worst night of all. We do not recommend to travel to any Under Canvas in uncertain weather conditions or season.

location and views, own bathroom in the tent and cleanliness of the unit/property.
lines when ordering meals/food, bed not comfortable due to sqeaky bedframe. would be nice if meals/snacks are allowed at least in tent’s porch.

loved sleeping in the tent. beautiful landscape with hikes right from the property. sitting around the campfires having somores was great . a terrific geology lecture helped us understand the surrounding terrain
dinner food was not very good. other guests were loud when we were trying to sleep

the location is nice and I enjoyed the drive in with the views!
the outdoor dining was nicely done!
the tents are close together so you hear your neighbors In the tents close moving about, talking etc at night & the golfcarts driving up and back along a gravel road late at night is a little bothersome.
the tents are far more basic for what is pitched on the website & not what I was expecting.
I wanted to love it but I couldn’t! sleep was hard to come by on this stay!

Exceptional location !
Even if there was heavy rain for 2 hours, we could enjoy the facilities, have a wonderful dinner outside with a magnificent view, and have a family moment around the pitfire and during a short trail around the camp.
The staff was extremely helpful and attentioned, special mention to Lana ! Great job!

The property was absolutely beautiful, clean, nicely located to everything. There was enough space between tents, definitely private.
We never found the easy, accessible path down to there canyon. We were told where it was, we just didn’t locate it.
It was 100 degrees and we gave up.

I enjoyed that feeling of freedom while living in the desert under the open sky. The sky is so low, it looks like the stars can be picked by hand. I enjoyed marshmallows baked by the bonfire in the evening (by the way, the hotel served them), I liked the people who visited there and met us, they are really different from those who choose to live in a traditional hotel, they are free. I enjoyed waking up in the morning and watching the most beautiful sunshine I have seen in life, the sun is so great and it is so close to us. An acoustic live guitar concert was played in the evening. It was downright more than amazing. Thanks to Under Canvas for an unforgettable experience and a full heart.
Only the price may not appeal because it is high. However, considering everything, the conditions of complexity and the fact that you are in the desert, it is as if you can't be angry at the price because it pays off.
