This is a beautiful campus. The staff was very friendly. The tent itself was beautiful, decorated well.
This is location is in the desert. Knowing this, and the price we paid, I assumed we would have the luxury of some sort of relief from the heat. None what-so-ever. No AC unit (they could have named their price and I would have paid). No cool shower. No pool. Only stagnant desert air and hotter inside the tent.

Under Canvas exceeded our expectations! Tent was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Not to mention all the things they provide for you while you stay (fans, lights, coolers, ice, water bottles, coffee/tea/espresso bar, s’mores kits, etc). It was such a beautiful property and they really thought of everything! Some road noise at night but it didn’t bother us. Location was convenient to both Arches and Canyonland National Parks as well as downtown Moab. Will definitely be staying again.

The staff were extremely friendly and there was coffee, tea, and water available 24/7 which was appreciated. The tent was very comfortable and had amazing views.
For the price I paid I expected a lot more - there was no wifi anywhere on the site, the bathrooms could have been cleaner, and the tent wasn't very sturdy (it was blowing about in the wind and we woke in the night thinking it was going to blow away!).

Spacious tent, great restroom. All staff were extremely helpful and nice!
It was VERY windy which made it difficult to sleep becasue the things were clanging .

Salads and some breakfast items are served in plastic bowls and come with plastic cutlery. That not only causes a lot of waste but is just really not sustainable.

it was my first time Glamping, and Under Canvas was the best experience. I want to do this again.
I wish it had a restaurant like some of the other Under Canvas locations.

lovely staff, great facilities and feels very luxurious. lots of little extras make you feel spoiled and the staff are welcoming and kind.
Noise and headlights from the highway are quite prominent.
Other guests arriving at 10.30pm, parking right outside our tent and shouting to one another for over an hour. Staff were with them so would have been nice for them to be a bit more considerate. slightly spoiled out peaceful evening sitting outside our tent star gazing!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet and peaceful.
Some lanterns didn't work in the tent, and the replacement lantern also didn't work. The outside grill area wasn't clean or organized. There needed to be someone staffing the area at all times to help with turning on the grills and keeping the area tidy. A nice perk would be having disposable plates and utensils available.

stunning views welcoming and helpful staff-VERY comfortable bed
very pricey for the amount of neighbor tents so close the but for the area it made sense-the advertised photos show more seclusion or privacy

My husband was curious and wanted to see stars in the night from tent. The day we stayed was unfortunately just after full moon but we could see the Milky Way a bit.
I have to say I never liked the camping. the tent was nicely decorated but the nozzle of the mist (to cool down) was not working properly and I told to the staff but they did nothing. the lady who took care of our check-in told us “if you need us, just call.” - when I called it was automatic answering and no one picked up when I ask help. we chose the tent w/o bathroom and needed to use shared bathroom. the floor was wet till the loo. i did not find it very hygienic since I didn’t have proper shoes. I found the management who is sending me emails and staff working has a gap how the camp should be running. the location of the campground was also not ideal. it had nice view but was next to the busy road to Moab and was noisy till midnight or even later.

I loved the whole feel of the tents. The staff were great, they had live music, corn hole and free water and s'mores. My kids loved it.
The biggest problem was it was 104° and we were in a very warm tent. They provide very small battery charged fans and a misting system that shuts off automatically at 90°. I guess I never took into account the heat in June. It would be awesome to stay in March or May so you could.run.the wood stove they have in the tent with the free firewood they provide. The other thing is the showers were very hot and on a pull chain, which was kinda a cool experience but you couldn't control the temperature. Also there was no way to blow dry your hair because there was no electricity.

bed was good, tent was clean
showers are a joke. Can`t adjust water temp - scalding hot!
Ran out of towels when going to take a shower

The facilities were really nice. We loved our tent and the BBQ area.
THE ROAD NOISE WAS AWFUL (and I’m partially deaf)! The property was by the main road. The cars went ALL NIGHT LONG and it was super difficult to sleep. It totally ruined the feel of being in nature. TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY

The sight was great. Site is wonderful and clean. It was quiet. Great vibes all around
Just found a wolf spider in the bed but its dead.

The tent itself was the only 'luxury Glamping' aspect of the stay. It was lovely outside and in. The bed was also very comfortable.
Generally very helpful staff and nice hot drinks! Complementary s'mores was fun.
The site was 100yards from a busy highway so you could hear loud traffic all night. Big negative for us.
The price of the place is simply ridiculous, given what you get. For example:
- The shared showers are mentioned on the booking, but detract from the luxury feel. Also you have to hold the handle down for water, as they are trying to be 'eco'.
- There is no wifi or phone signal.
- There were only snack food options, and there are no restaurants within 5-6miles.
This last point isn't really the fault of the property, but I will mention it. There was a fair bit of wind on one night, which made one of the tent guide ropes vibrate and shake the whole tent. Sounded like a helicopter hovering overhead. The staff refused to believe us until they heard it for themselves and helped us sort it out.
