Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel, couldnt fault anything, spectacular views, lovely beach and pools with soft sand and clear water. A special mention to Badr Errasfi from the restaurant made us feel veey welcome with great hospitality, always smiling and cheerful. Would stay again here.

high-standard, quiet, peacful and relaxing resort

Excellent staff which are always ready to help and accommadate your needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The facilities are excellent. The food is tasty with plenty of choice. Its perfect if you are looking for a relaxing place. Not suitable for those seeking entertainment and nightlife.

توقيت الخروج كان الساعه 12 عشر ظهراً علماً لم يتم تسليمنا المفتاح وقت الدخول إلى الساعه 3 والنصف عصراً بحجه عدم جاهزية الغرفه .. ما عدا ذلك كان ممتع

I liked that the environment was very convenient for families. A nice mix of both western and oriental cultures. People were respectful and all cultures coexist peacefully and in full tolerance

Ramadan donc tous les restaurants et bars de l’hôtel fermés. Juste un point boisson/ snack improvisé sur la plage en journée et le soir une tente avec un buffet identique tous les soirs et qui ferme à 20h30

Po Ritzu spodziewałam się wyższego poziomu świadczonych usług

Profesjonalna i zawsze pomocna obsługa. Duży wybór potraw w restauracji. Na terenie obiektu kilka stref na wypoczynek. Właśnie prywatna plaża z leżakami, materacami i ręcznikami. Pięknie zadbany teren i czysty.

Obok hotelu znajduje się klub nocny/bar gdzie codziennie do późnych godzin słychać głośną muzykę, która jest bardzo uciążliwa.

Definitely will be back to stay in the hotel

The team seems very friendly and kind. I lived in Doha 7 years ago and Sharq village was one of my spa place. Love Arabic style room and decoration. Was excited to visit again and my kids were first time in Qatar. I was traveling with two kids alone and it wasn't easy. However, The hotel team was very hospitality. From check-in to Check-out, everything made my life easier. Was so perfect break. House keeping was amazing and the cleaner name Swath(sorry for the wrong spelling) was very helpful. I love to back to stay in the hotel again. Thank you for everything. Hope your team get happier and more success.

This is a fantastic hotel. Great staff

Great friendly staff, nice restaurants and very good facilities. It is very calm and spacious hotel. We are traveling with two small children and the hotel is very accommodating for their needs - the Ritz kids Club staff were really great.

There are two restaurants in the resort. One more would be ideal.

Sehr, sehr tolle Auszeit vom Winter.

Sensationell gelegenes, ausgestattetes und sich in sehr guter Verfassung präsentierendes Resort. Wirklich eine sehr, sehr schöne Anlage und qualitativ einfach unfassbar hochwertiges Ambiente. Rasen, Gebäude, Zimmer, der Poolbereich sind sehr, sehr sehr gepflegt und das Sharq Village legt großen Wert auf umfassenden und zuvorkommenden Service. Wer sich die Lage des Hotels zuvor auf der Karte ansieht, hat vielleicht Zweifel wegen der verkehrsreichen Straße nicht weit entfernt. Aber man hört und sieht von ihr nichts. Ebensowenig wie vom Flughafen.

Das Sharq Village bietet einen Zugang für Event-Organizer: in unserem Fall war es eine Hochzeitsgesellschaft, die bis tief in die Nacht (02:30 h) zu ohrenbetäubender Live-Musik feierte. ("They have a license for", sagte der Security-Mann achselzuckend). Schon klar, bei Autos im Wert von ca. 10 Mio. auf dem Parkplatz. An Schlaf war in dieser Nacht eher nicht zu denken bzw. sehr spät. Hier sollte sich das Hotel entscheiden, ob es sich als ein Top-Resort positionieren möchte, oder als Event-Location. Beides passt nicht zusammen bzw. wenn man die Events mit bei sich hat, dann braucht's vernünftigere Regeln für die Musik.

Brilliant hotel.

The very high ratings and 5 star speak for themselves. I had a great time, felt absolutely spoiled and loved our stay. Rooms - super large comfortable bed, furniture was beautiful and solid quality. Facilities - amazing pools, plenty of space, lovely clean beach. Beautiful interiors of hotel, great buffet with plenty of choice. Staff - everyone smiles and is helpful. Final top tip, I thought this place was great for kids. Our 3 year old loved the pool, fountains, beach, bouncy castle, racket and ball games. Happy to recommend to parents.

Pure 5* excellence

Absolutely 5* stunning resort in every way. Private beach & amazing pools with comfortable sun loungers. Boys at the pool are so helpful & always there for you. Our room was wonderful, large balcony with sea view, comfortable cozy 4 poster bed 😍fabulous shower with complementary amenities, bathrobes & slippers, complementary water, coffee maker & tea, also fridge in room, really good AC unit Buffet breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had, all restaurant food was amazing. Staff are so kind, thoughtful & helpful. We celebrated our wedding anniversary & they arranged a fabulous table at the Parisa Souq Waqif ( which should not be missed) decorated our bed & gave us cake, thanks again you lovely people. Also, whilst there my husbands gout raised it’s nasty head again & they supplied a wheelchair & could not do enough for us. We would highly recommend this 5* resort & we will most definitely be staying here again on our next visit

Хорошая территория и озеленение, слабый сервис и рестораны.

Территория отеля озеленена и в целом ухоженная, бассейн и пляж расположены очень близко и это удобно не надо долго идти, номера не совсем новые но просторные и есть балконы. Рецепшн отеля хорошо выполняет свою работу, быстро убирают номера. комфортные бассейны.

Мы взяли halfboard (завтрак и ужин), ресторан очень не соответствует уровню отеля. Скудный и однообразный рацион, если вы привыкли к хорошим ресторанам то вам точно не сюда, часто тарелки в рестораны были грязные и пару раз с пятнами еды. Обслуживания в ресторане было медленным особенно когда ресторан начинал нагружаться. Очень мало и иногда даже нечего было есть детям. Само помещение ресторана сильно устарело и будто попал в 2008 год в лучшем случае. Если вы НЕ собираетесь питаться в отеле то я могу посоветовать данный отель, одного если вы привыкли к хорошей еде и планируете завтракать и тем более ужинать в отеле то крайне рекомендую рассмотреть другие отели. Обслуживание на бассейне и пляже не тянет на Ritz, полотенце берешь сам, бесплатную воду и лед принесут если сам подойдешь. Никто к тебе подходить и чем то помогать не будет. Так же хотел добавить что wifi работает только в номере и в главном здании, на бассейне и на пляже его практически нет.

Fantastic - The village is BEAUTIFUL.

The natural splendour of this location astounded me. They have perfectly blended the old and new while preserving their heritage. I could not have stayed at a more picturesque hotel. The photos on numerous websites do not do this place any justice; wait till you experience it for yourself. The staff are fantastic; they are extremely friendly, speak good English, and constantly go above and above their responsibilities. A special mention to Shujib and Dewan (Pool Side/Beach) for making our experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are very spacious, well decorated and clean, well the establishment has a whole is spotless.

During my visit, the fire alarm was tested twice in the morning on two separate days, which was inconvenient but understandable.

Sijainti oli hyvä: lähellä lentokenttää ja nähtävyyksiä. 2 allasaluetta ja oma ranta. Concierge (Jamie) oli loistava.

Emme saaneet hiljaista huonetta pyynnöstämme huolimatta. Ensimmäisenä yönä huoneeseemme kantautui baarin äänet. Muutettuamme toiseen huoneeseen, parvekeelle kuului liikenteen melu, mutta itse huone oli hiljainen. Parveke jäi siis käyttämättä. Syrjäinen huoneemme siivottiin myöhään ja iltaserviceä ei ollut. Ravintoloissa oli kovin eritasoista henkilökuntaa; osa oli loistavia ja osa ala-arvoisia (esim korkillisen viinipullon avaaminen osoittautui melkein mahdottomaksi tehtäväksi). Oikea tähtiluokitus hotellille olisi 4, mutta hotellin ruokien, juomien ja palveluiden hintataso oli mitoitettu viiden tähden tasolle.

Echter Tip- Großzügige Hotelanlage mit super Service

Leckeres Frühstück, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter Service im ganzen Hotel seh zuvorkommend Wasser im Pool angenehm warm, auch hier Service sehr gut, die laute Musik am Strand wurde nach unserem Wunsch leise gemacht

Am Freitag (WE) war am Nachmittag laute Musik nicht abstellbar trotz wenig Publikum bei der Veranstaltung. Abends dann aber Ruhe! Die den Mitarbeitern bekannte Fliegenbelästigung muss besser angegangen werden, stört beim Frühstück im schönen Garten. Das Angebot beim preisintensiven Kuchen m Nachmittag sollte tagesfrisch sein.

Very good

My 15J old son and I stayed in the hotel for three nights in August. It was my son's birthday and the houskeeping ( Hermanth) and the restaurant ( Badr Errasfi ) did an amazing job at surprising my teenager ( cake, balloons,etc.) Everybody from the personell was extremely kind and helpful. The last night we had an incident with very loud, smoking neighbors during the whole night ( had a connecting room). The issue was solved very delicately and professionally by Mr. Pedro.

Do not accept a connecting room if you are a non-smoker or a family. Since we needed a twin bed room, it could mean you get very loud smoking neighbors, who do not let you sleep the whole night.
