Lobby was beautiful, very welcoming. Pool is nice, splash pad for kids. The room was dated, definitely needs renovations. Complete with all utensils in kitchen. Cleanliness needs improvement, the floors and carpets are super dirty!!! This was so bad since we have little ones and that part was unacceptable for me.

Kids had a blast at the pool, very very crowed. Had to put towels down at 7am to make sure we had a spot when we went to the pool (spring break) The room was so so. 3-4 stars.

It was a fun place to hang out at pool. The rooms were very clean and spacious, definitely worth the money. The shuttle service was ok. Not a big range of times, but if you plan it well. It worksout.

Check in was very quick and easy. I had requested a first floor room when i made the reservation and then call a couple of hours before we got here and also asked for a handicapped accessible room. They were able to grant both requests.

Large and updated rooms. They are damp and musty though. Pool is nice. Service was not great. Ask for housekeeping and never got it. Had a late Che k out but keys stopped working. Libby and work out room are nice.

we had some issues with the shower and sink water would go not down we went to give complaint to the receptionist since we were not able to call them, they do not answer from the room. they sent someone who did not do anything said would come back never did. room was dusty, shower had mildew, jacuzzi would hold the water in. Pool is nice but they do not have enough towels for the amount of people they have in the community.

Room was large enough to accommodate our large party. It was clean and furnished nicely. Kitchen was not completely stocked with all necessary kitchen amenities. As an example there was in bread knife and only two pots. We did not have a broom only a vacuum which was not necessary for the tiled kitchen. Some areas could use refurbishment like the master bath which had a useless window panel to look in. The shower did not have a place to put shampoo or soap. Overall these things did not detract from our stay but were noticeable.

Our 3 bedroom suite was damp and smelled of chlorine and we weren't even near the pool. The main swimming area was nice. Poor customer service. We received a text from the resort stating 'need anything, let us know', so I'd ask for towels and never got any even though they said they were working on it. No daily housekeeping; would have been nice to at least get our garbage picked up. Overall decent resort, but would not stay here again.

The weather was not in our favor but we still enjoyed our trip and our stay here, everything was clean and the service was super pleasant, the rooms are comfortable and spacious… we only stayed one night but looking forward to staying more days! my daughters loved it!

We first arrived and it was musty. After going through bathroom we found mold on ceiling in multiple places. The front door also barely shut and the overall place was cheap and dingy. Front desk lady was a great help and switched our room. Still mold on bathroom ceiling but much less. The whole place looks like it had been flooded at some point. There’s old water damage everywhere. Would by stay here again, it felt cheap and burn and turn

Enjoyed our stay and will stay again. The unit itself was spacious and clean. Some normal wear and tear and a few minor things that we experienced. The microwave screen is broken, so you couldn’t read cooking times to be sure you’re accurately inputting the cook times. The ceiling fan blade was missing a screw, one fan blade was hanging in the master bedroom, so it was unable to be used for safety. The toilet paper holder was broken in the master bath so we just sat it on the counter. The carpeting could use a good scrub. We were sweating in our room and turned off the air unit entirely because it was cooler outside than it was inside, but there was still hot air coming into the vents! Not sure how that even was happening! No big deal tho! Those things were so minor, it didn’t affect our stay at all. Will definitely stay again.

Came with my friends and my boyfriend who are all family to me and I loved every second of it! Staff were very professional and friendly and the room was fantastic! Definitely coming back again!

This appears to have once been a proud Time Share type of place, that is in dire need of updates. The bathroom cabinets and doors are water logged and warped. The bedroom back window did not appear to completely close causing quite a draft at night. Dresser drawers do not fully close. There was not a full set of glasses or silverware, but plenty of extra plates. Management appears to be trying to make everything look nice and shiny. And for the price we paid, I cannot complain too much, not overly crowded, pool worked, the room was nice enough, but the facility is dated, and the attention to details is not there, so it is not going to get 5 stars. (Added the front desk at night left a lot to be desired, often seeming like you were bothering them with a question, or pointing out the sprinkler system outside had broken and was a geyser. "We will log it in with maintenance to follow up on in the morning.")

We had a great stay! We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely return. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The property is beautiful. My grandkids enjoyed the arcade and the pool. We only had one issue. The guest bathroom lock is broken and you get locked in if you close the door. Fortunately there were other family in the unit at the time to open the door from the outside.

The pool or hot tub areas were never cleaned. Debris always on the ground. Switch got bought over into the hot tub or pool. Heated pools would have been nice. Overall great stay

We will most definitely return to this resort in the future. The staff was very professional and friendly. Whenever we called for towels or anything needed they were quick to deliver. This location is close to the parks and the outlets.
