Köszönjük,jól éreztük magunkat!

Nagyon jó helyen volt,jó az étterem,jók a medencék,a személyzet fantasztikus és az Animátorok rendkivül kedvesek jó programmokkal.

Sajnos nekem kényelmetlen volt az ágy,és igazán egy kis felújítás ráférne a fürdöszobákra,de ezen kivül minden rendben volt.

Lo staff è gentile. Il mangiare ottimo e vario. Piscina grande riscaldata. Ci sono sempre ombrelloni disponibili sia in piscina che in spiaggia. Quando c'è vento la zona piscina è ben riparata.

Alcune parti dell'hotel (l'ascensore, alcuni corridoi) vecchi. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il frigo in camera: ci è stato cambiato tre volte (su nostra richiesta) e non ha mai funzionato. Hotel più per famiglie che per coppie in cerca di pace e relax.

Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Richtig begeistert hat uns das Essen. In der Anlage ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Lovely beach stay after travelling in Egypt

Not bad

I will just call it normal for my experience there. The waiting parts of the hotel are under maintenance and the hotel is quite worn out. We faced a few problems. Unfortunately, there is no 5 star performance. However, before we even arrived at the hotel, the manager, Mr. Omar, contacted us and helped us a lot both before and during our holiday. But only Mr Omar can't save a huge hotel (: I hope I will recover quickly and have the opportunity to travel again. Thank you again Mr Omar.

Great family winter sun getaway!

1. Great staff. Animators, kitchen staff, cleaners. Everyone is really friendly and kind 2. ⁠excellent beach location 3. ⁠clean beach 4. ⁠large rooms 5. ⁠great sea view 6. ⁠good variety of food 7. ⁠good entertainment programs 8. ⁠close proximity to mosque 9. Great mix of guests

1. Internet 2. ⁠plastic plates during meal times. However, drinks served in glass 3. ⁠Shower water has a tint of chlorine 4. ⁠bedding&beds need updating 5. ⁠attention to details of the building, some building works are going on. All those are minor things that you get used to during the stay as positive points outweighs those.

Very Nice hotel with a GREAT STAFF!!

I loved the room and the staff. My conceirge Omar was so helpful with any issues I had and was very attentive. I would definately recommend this facility!

The internet was very problematic. I work remote so when I needed to do anything for this it was a struggle.

we were here for kitesurfing and it’s the best spot in Egypt. the best keep secret

clean and luxurious. feels like the 5 star hotel that it is.

no comments on this. it’s great and will 100 recommend it to anyone. families or like us a a guys group.

loved it over every hotel I’ve stayed in Egypt

beautiful. could cleaner. dusty from the sand is orange and stains but beautiful. clean pools. excellent water slides and friendly funny staff. very professional and safe environment.

too many kids. sold as a resort and spa. but it was very child orientated. need more rules as to where children cannot go.

A great place to stay

the room was spacious and always clean, all the facilities (swimming pools, beach, gym, restaurants) were clean and staff was always nice and helpful

there were a couple of issues (electricity and Wi-Fi went out, missing towels) but the staff was always very responsive and helpful

Hurghada’s best resort choice

The hotel is in a fantastic location and is definitely the best choice on the coast. Out of town in a quieter, cleaner area of Hurghada. The staff were all lovely- welcoming, helpful, and sharing the smiles. Special thanks to Shaban, Benjameen, and Karim who went out of their way to look after us. They go all-out for guest entertainment with shows and performances, and the food was delicious every day. The 24-hour dessert bar was a hit! The facilities are great and you don’t really need to leave if you don’t want to.

There are some very minor maintenance updates (water damage on bathroom door) that can be made, but these are small enough to not detract from the lovely stay.

Disappointing

Few staff persons cares about the customer satisfaction, Thanks Mr.Omar Samy for his following up to solve the issues. The food quality and variety was good

In checkin one person named Mr.Hatem take our passports (two egyptian and one german) and put on reception desk saying wait until finish the process, Then he said I can’t find the booking on the system (Keep in mind was reserved a day before) and then after i called Booking.com service support he said ok i found it on system, then after staying more than one and half hour he gave us the rooms which is non expected service and i never faced issues like this with booking.com. In the room the air conditioning was not perfect and the room tele was not working. Our service selection was all inclusive, when we asking the waiters on pool to bring drinks they said ok without coming back with the requested items, then we serve ourselves !!
