Great value for money, lovely hostel and welcoming staff.

One of our favourite stays whilst on our travels so far and would definitely recommend! We found hiring a scooter for the hill was a good idea but it’s only a 10 min walk from all the action. The breakfast was a lovely touch and the banana pancakes were amazing! The owners were great at recommending places and helping us with booking taxis etc.

My only comment would be the chest level window next to the shower which is only partially covered.

Nice private apartments with great breakfast

Tidy and clean rooms, great breakfast that varies daily, fast and reliable WiFi, balcony with great ocean view, affordable motorcycle rental next door.

No cleaning or toilet paper removal during our stay. Expect thin walls and a noisy neighborhood, but they offer ear plugs.

We have been travelling Thailand for over a month now and this hotel has been our favourite stay so far. The staff were so lovely and friendly it was like they welcomed us into their family. The breakfast was amazing! You could choose from homemade pancakes, waffles, fruits, scrambled egg, toast, french toast, omelet, fruit juices, coffee and tea! The location was perfect, it’s close to everything you need. There were also snorkels there you could borrow. The room was huge with a cosy bed, smart tv, wardrobe, dressing area and balcony area, all for a really good price. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. We had a problem with our air-con when we arrived but this got fixed straight away.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this place we loved it!

很干净。旅馆内部很新。干净很舒服。外立面这照片太破了。里面很不错，舒适度可以的。2 楼可以看到海一点点，3 楼应该可以看到更多大海

Nefasto, no repetiría

Básicamente no me gustó nada, lo único la amabilidad de la chica que nos hacía el desayuno que era un amor de persona.

No me gustó la comodidad, no me limpiaron la habitación ningún día de los 3 que estuvimos, por lo tanto nada de cambio de toallas etc, la habitación con un fuerte olor a humedad, demasiado pequeña la habitación, la atención de los recepcionistas fue nefasta, no nos dejaron ni toallas para la playa, nos hicieron pagarlas.

Buena habitación a 10 minutos del bullicio

La habitación estaba muy limpia, era amplia, con aire acondicionado y ventilador. El personal muy amable y el desayuno un poco básico pero tipo buffet, por lo que era suficiente. La ubicación es buena porque está un poco alto, alejado del bullicio, pero se llega a las zonas principales en menos de 10 minutos en moto.

La cama era un poco dura y al desagüe le costaba un poco tragar, pero sin sin ningún percance.

Exceptional

We loved this hotel, very comparable to rooms much more expensive. Sea view was awesome! Balcony, comfiest bed we have had in 3 months.

It was slightly out from town and all up hill, so would say that a scooter is needed.

Nice hotel but cleaning service needs improvement

Nice breakfast Big room

We stayed there for 6 days and the room didn’t get cleaned even once. I had to request a towel change and rubbish removal on day two but then gave up. It was really annoying as the floor was white and you could see everything on it. There was a significant amount of sand and hair that me and my partner ended up cleaning ourselves using one of hand towels which we shouldn’t be doing

Good, can recommend and would stay again.

The rooms were big an cozy. Eventually stayed here for two weeks. More of a homestay feeling than a hotel feeling. If you want to get your room cleaned you have to request it. Breakfast was ok, would have enjoyed more selection of fruits, there were usually just bananas and I'm allergic to them.

Location is a bit far away, would recommend hiring a scooter. Would have also wanted to have a knife/fork etc in the kitchen of the smaller room where I stayed. Eventually took some from the breakfast place.

Superb

The rooms were large and clean, and the balcony was a bonus. The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of choice. The lady who cooked breakfast was lovely. The beds were comfy.

The location is up a steep hill, which admittedly only takes 10 mins to walk, but sometimes it was a bit of a mission, especially in the heat!

Good location and staff were brilliant; helping us hire motorbikes and book taxis.

Breakfast was ok but could be improved, for example having fresh coffee rather than instant.

Great room, clean, comfortable and spacious.

The room was very clean, spacious and even had a sea view. The balcony was large to go and sit on.

The location is a bit further out the main area, but is still very walkable only 10 minutes away! Perfect to be able to be in a quiet area.

These guys looked after me so well. Really nice views from the balcony. 5 mins walk from 24/7 stores and other shops. plenty of places around siree to hire a scooter.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were nice. There is a big supermarket close by where you can find everything. Gym is close

The location is a bit far from the main things by walk. It's 10-15 minute walk and hilly. If you have a bike, no problem at all.

An amazing stay at the island. We really enjoyed our stay with good breakfast and nice and clean room

There was nothing as such that we didn't like. It was just the check in time which is a bit late as the morning ferry drops you around 9 at the pier but the check in time is 1 pm

Awesome! Love it!

I can't find anything I don't like here. its slightly remote from the popular Sairee beach however it provides an awesome quite and tranquil you need in this small island. Room was decent size with everything you could ever need. I will defo want to stay here again next time when I am on the island. For the ppl who is considering, just book it! (get a motor bike before coming )

Pleasant stay in a perfect location

The hospitality of the owner and the size of the room. The terrace is amazing!! We had dinner there most of the times. Good location away from the noise. Breakfast was also nice :))

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the breakfast area, but they were only in that area, what we found curious.

Beautiful room and very friendly service. I took this place when the isla was full of tourist and all the rest of accomodations were extremely overpriced, however Life koh tao had good price, I very appreciate it at that time.

Quiet and comfortable stay

Such a comfortable stay. My room had a balcony and sea view, which was so lovely. The room itself was really comfortable and it was so quiet… this was really refreshing after staying at a lot of loud places in Koh Tao. The staff here were also so lovely and helpful. Free breakfast too! Do not hesitate to book!

This location is under construction

So close to 24 hr grocery and gym!! Free scooter parking. Some rooms have a view of the ocean. Drive over the hill and see the east side of the island.

secure wifi works for 30 seconds, then you must reconnect. 50% of the walls are thin strips of wood (hear the construction during the day, barking dogs during the night, motorbikes all hours, etc.). Laundry is *not* recommended.
