The hotel was easy to find with our gps and parking was just 1 minute away. The parking lot is staffed 24/7 and they even use steering wheel locks. I was pleasantly pleased about that. We were warmly greeted when we entered the hotel and offered wine or apple cider. Staff were very nice. Breakfast is delivered to your room and is in a basket attached to the wall. There's a restaurant and bar connected to the hotel and is open for dinner (don't know about lunch). The room is large and the windows have room darkening drapes. The beds were comfortable and the room was pretty well sound-proofed. The hotel and rooms are decorated in a very old Montreal style. The hotel fit the area and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and when I go back to Montreal, I will be staying here again.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. The room was fantastic with a lovely and very spacious balcony. There's a beautiful and highly rated restaurant in the hotel but we did not get a chance to try it. Parking was basically on site which is great for this area.

Construction outside of the hotel was disrupting. A/C was not very efficient. Stay were fantastic. Breakfast was not typical…no hot items and was delivered to our room. Nice balcony in room 606.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, totally fine hotel. Was clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast delivery was a nice touch. The hotel is missing a few things to make it really stand out - there are no robes, the towels are fairly small and there is no housekeeping. The room faced the street and was very noisy at night from people partying outside - they provided ear plugs as this must be a regular concern.

Hotel is well located, but rooms are a bit run down. Carpet looked disgusting and had a smell. Breakfast was a basket sent to your room with cold selections of bread and cheese.

Wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, staff so helpful and friendly. The bedroom was spacious, quite and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast delivery and the luxury of having breakfast in bed. The location is perfect for walking around the cobbled streets and discovering the local pubs and restaurants.

Lovely and elegant boutique hotel in Old Montreal. Very clean, pleasant staff, easy parking. Fun breakfast delivered to your door each morning. Easy walking distance to everything in the charming, old section of the city. Prepare to walk or figure out transit to the city center or Mount Royale. The room was up to date and the bath was sparkling clean. The night noise, however, was the drawback for rooms on the street side of the building. Weekend partiers were yelling and loud for long periods in the middle of the night (3 am) both Friday and Saturday. Sunday night was quiet until 7 am. Don't hesitate to stay during the week, but get a non-street side room if you value sleep on the weekend.

Charming hotel in the historic district. Perfectly situated to our travel plans. So many choices and variety of restaurants within walking distance. Tasty continental breakfast delivered to door. Coffee and water easily replenished. Quiet. Staff was friendly and ready to provide answers or services.

The Hotel and it's Staff were amazing. Charming Boutique Hotel. Clean, spacious & comfortable. The Staff were Friendly, helpful and always welcoming. The Parking is where you lose me. Their off site parking was so tiny and I was always worried about my vehicle. Tight space. They take your Keys and move your Car around to accommodate others. It is also a Public Lot. The Parking was expensive for what it was. Having said that, the attendant was careful.

Friendly staff, very helpful! Great location in Old Montreal. Restaurant is top notch too. My only problem with the hotel was the channels selection which was very limited, most channels on cable weren't available! Everything else was perfect. Will definitely return.

The staff at Hotel Bonaparte are phenomenal! They greeted us so warmly and made us feel right at home. We stayed with them for our anniversary and they accommodated a FREE upgrade to our room. The welcome drink upon arrival is such a nice touch. The hotel is so conveniently located to all the great sights in Old Montreal. Would definitely recommend for a quiet get away!

Lovely boutique hotel with wonderful hospitality, well appointed rooms, great service, and all in a perfect location to explore the Old Port of Montreal. Comfortable beds and soundproofed rooms with views of the cathedral. The little breakfast basket is a perfect touch and an unexpected highlight. The items were perfectly curated. Would recommend highly.

First class hotel in great location. Friendly and helpful service always looking to accommodate every wish. Rooms were clean and my rear facing room received plenty of light and a good view. Best of all…. Very quiet. Only criticism was the mattress could probably be updated as it had that lump in the middle but it didn’t hurt my sleep at all. I would definitely go back!

The service is very friendly. The hotel maintains the character. It's beautiful. I love the shower. Quite disappointed with included breakfast. Just a few packaged store bought items packaged in a box delivered to the room. Keurig coffee. I expected way more from character hotel in old Montreal.

The whole experience was wonderful. Check in staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and everything we needed, the shower was delightful (with the overhead rain shower), and the food in the restaurant was top notch - absolutely delicious. Close proximity to many sights in an incredibly walkable city.

This hotel was in a great location. Very walkable to local bars, restaurants, and shops. Staff were very friendly and I enjoyed each morning having our breakfast delivered to our room a very nice touch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Montreal. We will be back again in the summer to enjoy Montreal.

Quaint room-felt very European. Loved the continental breakfast brought to our door every morning! Delicious treats. Restaurant was lovely. Excellent food. Staff were friendly and helpful-truly great vibe. We could walk to nearly everything in Old Montreal. Only downside was the noise level from the street due to the old windows (beautiful but drafty) and parking lot close y was expensive. Lots of construction in the neighbouring building was loud and started early in the morning. Our room was on the fifth floor and faced the street. This is outside of the hotels control and we were there in off season so got a great rate. However- the positive outweighed the negative. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an excellent time at the Bonaparte Hotel. We arrived early, and the staff was friendly, polite, and welcoming. We could check in before and park our car right around the corner. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy with a warm blanket. The bathroom was spacious and modern. We would recommend this hotel! We will be staying there again!

The staff are friendly and accommodating. Excellent service. The rooms are spacious and clean with stylish modern interiors. We loved the overhead shower and large bathroom. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is a nice touch—good location, close but not in the middle of the craziness. It is our second time staying at this hotel, having stayed once last year. The service and quality have been consistent.
