The staff were lovely, the hotel is very beautiful and kolimbia is a great and relaxing area
The hotel pool and beach are awesome
The maintenance was good and the room was very comfortable

Lunch and dinner in the dining room are repetitive and they feel very basic, not much vegan or gluten free options, especially protein-wise. It felt like a cafetria at some factory and not like a nice fresh kitchen.
The water in the dining room have very weird taste and are basically undrinkable.
The pool at our room was extremely cold and we could barely stay in it, it was freezing even though the weather was hot. Also we had some ants in our room.
The hotel doesn't offer spa facilities, not even a hottub, so having a freezing pool didn't up.our stay

Access to the beach is 11/10 compared to other hotels. The beach is a mix of gravel and sand, very clean and the water is calm, deep and crystal clear. The pool is excellent. The staff is excellent. The cleaning service is the best we’ve ever experienced. We also arrived a little early and the staff made sure we could get lunch before check in and we were able to check out an hour later which allowed us to enjoy the beach in the morning one last time.
We participated in the fitness, yoga and Pilates and the trainers were perfect, but the hotel should invest in a better area for these activities. Sadly, the tennis courts, ping pong table, fitness and yoga mats appear to be a second thought. This could be improved.
