All the hotel facilities are modern and spotless clean. Our room was very comfortable, and overall bigger than expected. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and very nice. The food quality and range in the all-inclusive restaurant is amazing, there were always many options to choose from, for any kind of diet or preference. I want to specifically highlight the awesome desserts, and also cocktails at the bar are of really high quality, which exceeded my expectations. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment, having a cocktail with a view and some beautiful live music after dinner was amazing! Overall I would totally recommend this hotel.
We booked a swim-up suite with a private pool entrance, and overall it was fine, but we couldn't use it as much as we wanted to because there is no shade and it's direct sunlight all day long. This could easily be solved by just adding sun umbrellas to these suites. The room cleaning was sometimes intrusive, they would repeatedly knock and try to get in even as I was in the shower and put a "do not disturb" sign on the door. The breakfast is too early and not well synced with other facilities. Breakfast is until 9:30, and you should really come earlier, because after 9 it just felt like everything was a bit in disarray and not much food was left. Meanwhile, the pool bar and the towel service only started working from 9:30-10. The towels pickup and drop off is at the spa, inside the hotel, and it's a bit of a walk, especially from the beach. It could be stationed closer to the beach and the pool. Finally, the hotel doesn't have good coffee. It's a bummer especially at breakfast. They serve capsules, or low quality filter coffee at the main restaurant, and you can only get real coffee at the bar if you make a special request. Please invest in some quality beans and a few coffee machines, it's honestly expected in a hotel of such a level. I also didn't like the policy of sunbed "loungers", as they cost 50-100 euro per day, and most other non-extra options are occupied by guests who apparently wake up at 6am to reserve the beds, especially at the pool. Finally, the bedroom mattress was really uncomfortable because it was 2 single mattresses on a double bed, and we were constantly sliding into the gap. Overall, if they invest in some improvements I think this is a really good hotel. These points are what's keeping it from being exceptional.

Very good quality. Good variety of restaurants. Excellent private beach and location. Staff super friendly. Very grateful for an unexpected room upgrade. As an adult only resort the setting was peaceful and relaxing.
Nothing. Everything was fantastic.

Fantastic stay, we come back for a 2nd time after getting engaged here last year. We got a free room upgrade to a sea view which was a lovely surprise, staff are all amazing!

The staff were very friendly. They really put effort or make your stay better. Appreciate it. The cats were very sweet. The hotel made cat houses for them, they’re treated nicely.
The whole system was weird from the start to the end. We made a reservation for half board, thinking that only difference will be lunch and drinks won’t be included. It was more than that. All inclusive gets beach towels, sunbeds, priority in reserving the spa. There is even a bar only all inclusive can enter (which is super weird) and so many other little but annoying things… But it’s the deal we got, so I can understand it to level (wish the information was better though). The reason I gave a low star is: 1. Food is not good. I’m sorry to say that, it’s an okay food. The variety at the buffet is good. But everything is tasteless and low quality. If you’re in Greece, you can easily find much better food in any taverna out there. The Greek food offerings were very limited. You get pizza, pasta etc every night. Breakfast is also very standard and nothing special about it. I found hair few times in my food and the plates at the open buffet was not clean all the time. 2. The open buffet is a mass! It’s so crowded and stressful trying get food. 3. The room was very cold at night and there was no way to heat it. The air co is only for cooling down. If you’re visiting in April & May, keep this in mind. We had to ask extra blankets. The room was nice, but we did not really enjoy it because of the cold. 4. The bar is expensive! I had the most expensive tea of my life in the smallest cup. Water is expensive, fundamental things are not complementary in a resort. It’s RIDICULOUS to ask for extra 35 euros for the beds around the pool! It’s an all inclusive resort, this was quite disappointing. 5. The outdoor pool is not heated as advertised. It’s a one meter pool anyways, not fun to swim. For such a big resort there is only one pool option and it’s not like it’s looking in the pictures. The bottom was very dirty on top. 6. I ordered a glass of wine at the dinner with an extra charge. Which is fine. But if you’re paying for the wine you should be able to have some options.
