המלון גדול , צוות נחמד מאוד , חדר נחמד.
חוסר חשיבה כל כך שיש משפחות עם עגלות , הביאו לנו חדר ממש רחוק מחדר האוכל המרכזי וגם בקומה שניה ( המלון בנוי ממבנים של 2 קומות ללא מעלית )
האוכל לא היה טעים וחזר על עצמו

Все враховано, було достатньо місця а також було куди розкласти одяг.Доповнювалася вода👍Щоденне прибирання номера приємно потішило😊
Враховуючи високу температуру повітря,кондиціонер працював слабо. У номері було жарко.

המלון מותאם מאוד למשפחות, מצד אחד הרבה פעילויות ומצד שני אפשר גם למצוא איזורים של שקט. האוכל היה מגוון ויחסית להכל כלול- די טעים. הבריכה שליד הים היתה מושלמת בשבילנו- שקטה, נקיה ולא המונית. הילדים נהנו ממגלשות המים. הצוות היה מאוד אדיב ועזר לנו מאוד כשנתקענו עם נהג שלא הגיע לאסוף אותנו לשדה התעופה.
האלכוהול ברמה מאוד נמוכה, יש ריחות מאוד לא טובים בשני איזורים- ליד מגלשות המים וליד בר המשקאות הראשי. לא ברור למה צריך לשלם על כיסאות ליד חוף הים 6 יורו לכסא. חוץ מזה נהננו מאוד מהחופשה.

1. as first offer we got the room in the worst building (building #20), and after arguing with the front desk, we were transferred to block #14 (last room). My problem is not that we (by chance) got the “bad” room, but that they are offering always the “bad” rooms and in the case that you complain “maybe” you are transfer, EVEN there are enough “nice” rooms on the side. I spoke with couple of people with same experience. Thus, the idea is very stooped, since everyone sad that will not come again.
2. environment around the relexpool was never cleaned and washed during our 8 day stay. It was simply dirty!
