Very spacious beach next to the resort
Pools are large and well maintained
Common facilities are ok
The room was not equipped as you would expect in a 5* hotel (no courtesy kit, no frigobar, no large towels, no bathrobe)
Gym opens at 10am and breakfast closes at 10am: you cant go to the gym first thing in the morning and then have breakfast
Beach towels have to be collected/delivered in the SPA located 5 minute walk from the beach

Hotel numa praia muito boa linda mesmo
Recomendo este hotel e tenciono voltar. A localização é perfeita a praia é linda a água é clara . O hotel é muito limpo mesmo , quer nos quartos quer nas áreas comuns. Restauração ok correcta e limpa, bastante organizado . Básica , recomendo conhecer a comida local fora do hotel. Voltarei

Clean long stone-sandy beach, nice staff, modern hotel. We've got free upgrade to room with private outdoor pool (shared with neighbor's apartment).
This hotel is definitely not 5 star hotel. There are a lot of problems and deficiency. Everything looks good on the photos but in reality this hotel is not so nice, the service is not so high, the food is not so tasty. What more - very boring place.
Hotel: the rooms are quite big and nice at first look but quality is not high. Beds are not comfortable, they are creaks so you can’t turn from left to right without crazy sounds or even to do something more... There are a lot of bad details as dirty joints between tiles, crooked walls, bad electrical outlets and more. The warm water in shower has not stable temperature. Two light bulbs didn’t work.
Service: The staff is quite fine, but there is problem with room service. Two days from four we has no room service. Means no new towels, no soap, unmade beds. We have to call desk for towels and soap. They came one hour later with towels, but without soap. Fail.
Food: All inclusive program is 3 star only. Food taste was very average, day by day the same meals. If something left from last day, they serve it next day. Alcohol drinks was bad, bad, bad! Wine was diluted by water, all other alcohol was very weak, drinks are terrible sweet and almost no alcoloh inside. Meals was not tasty.
Spa: Very professional masseurs, maybe best massage ever for me. But again the spa room design, decoration etc is not 5 star level. Sorry.
Entertainment: This is dead place. No fun, no smiles. Top of entertinment is beach volleyball and Bingo game at night.
Beach: Quite nice stone-sandy beach with a lot of sunbeds. No sealife underwater but clear water.
Final result: This hotel is boring but peaceful place with a lot of small problems and weak all inclusive program. Bad beds, too big pillows, not tasty and boring food, crazy sweet bad drinks with weak alcohol. This is not 5 star hotel. It’s 3+ or 4-. Not good value for the money.
