Kiva hotelli!

Aamiainen oli hyvä, illallinen ihan ok. Henkilökunta kaikki ihania! Huone aivan ihana ja loistavalla sijainnilla, todella siisti huone! Erityisesti haluamme kiittää rantabaarin baarimikkoa, aivan mahtava tyyppi ja asiakaspalvelu huippua!!! Nimeä en muista, mutta toivottavasti kiitokset menevät hänelle, hän oli siellä joka päivä meidän lomamme aikana.

Pullovesi maksoi, vaikka oli all inclusive! Vain paikalliset juomat kuuluivat hintaan, muissa samantasoisissa ja hintaisissa hotelleissa ovat aina kuuluneet lähes kaikki juomat all inclusiveen. Uima-allasalueet olivat likaisia (ritilät). Sisällä oleva baari aukesi vasta klo 16, joten kuumana päivänä ei päässyt viileään nauttimaan virvokkeita, kaikki piti hakea uima-allasbaarista tai rantabaarista. Liian vähän aurinkotuoleja, ne piti mennä varaamaan noin 6.30 aamulla, jotta sai sellaisen, sama tilanne uima-altailla ja rannalla. Sängyt ehkä liian pehmeät meidän makuun, muuten ihanat isot leveät sängyt!

Overall a very nice holiday

Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool was nice, food also very good with lots of vegetarian options. Always enough sunbeds.

Room was full of ants, bed uncomfortable. Alcoholic drinks in all inclusive were without alcohol but full of sugar.🙂 But ok, at least there were no drunk guest by the pool.😉

Fantastic Stay! Wonderful Staff!

- The staff here are phenomenal, the best we’ve ever experienced. Very attentive and respectful. - The food was fantastic, great range and brilliant quality. - Our room was lovely, we had the junior suite with the shared pool, definitely worth the money. - Any issues or requests were dealt with very quickly. - Hotel was immaculate, from the reception to the restaurant and the pool areas. - Brilliant Location, only 25 minutes from the airport.

- Ants, so many ants coming through the tile grout. However, the maintenance team did try to resolve this within about 10 minutes of the complaint however weren’t successful, we were however offered a room swap. Can’t fault how the hotel handled the issue. - Entertainment leaves a lot to be desired, lovely people, however seem more like children’s entertainers than what you’d expect on a 5* Resort. I have to be honest, whilst we didn’t like the above - these did not detract from a wonderful hotel.

what a wonderful place!

wonderful place, extraordinary view and the kindest people. a big bonus was the lovely cat that had breakfast with us daily. this is an absolute gem and I would recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone!

good for beach and culture

great hotel directly at the beach, good facilities, friendly staff. We arrived early, could not get into the room, but could still get breakfast and change for the beach. Good breakfast. Good combination for beach and cultural visits (if you have a rental car)

the pools were very cold (in October), colder than the sea, I wonder whether they add too much fresh water rather than recirculating. There was nobody in it. the sofa bed is rather narrow and uncomfortable for the third person

The all inclusives is not really a true all inclusives offers . Even the bottle of water in the room is with extra charge if you want to refill . The room have a small tv 📺 with no English channels

very relaxing stay at Sentido Asterias

clean, airy, spacious, excellent friendly staff, space around the pool, enough sunbeds

you had to pay for your water in your room once you had finished your initial bottle. the a la carte restaurant wasn’t included. you had to pay for floodlights on the tennis court in the evening.

Very happy, would definitely come back

Beautiful resort, freshly renovated, huge thank you to amazing staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Buffet had a diverse selection, food was good quality and delicious, constantly restocked. Ladies at the spa were awesome, very professional and managed to find time for me the same day. I’m very glad I chose Sentido, it was a great great holiday for me and my family. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family resort.

The swim up pool room was the best part of the holiday unfortunately that was the only good part of the holiday

We paid for all inclusive and had to eat out every night because my partner wasn't allowed in without long pants on yet half the women in the restaurant had barely any clothes onand some men were in shorts it was as if they were picking and choosing who they wanted in the restaurant! Firstly the staff asked us to go and get changed which I found incredibly rude and when we advised we didn't have long pants they continued to be rude and unreasonable, there was no notes on the hotel booking about dress code as if we would have known my partner would of brought pants, the food wasn't great for vegetarians there was not much choice of meals, the other restaurant never opened for food so we only had the snack bar that shut at 5pm so we had to take a hour bus ride into rhodes to eat out each night. Definitely not a 5* hotel and definitely not worth the money for all inclusive as we didnt get to use it.

Great resort, great crew, great value for money 🤟🏼🍻

Kind & smiley crew (Alexandra, George, Hasan & more), clean & modern rooms & hotel, nice pools & beach. Very quiet & relaxing atmosphere. Definitely going back there sometime!

They could have more sun beds on the beach but that's it!

We chose this hotel because it looked great in the pictures and was good value at the time we travelled. The restaurant, bar and swimming pool were all well decorated. The food was good, lots of different dishes including salads and puddings. It would have been more interesting if it had been more varied from day to day.

Whilst our bed was comfy I thought our room felt a bit dingy and bare. It could have done with better lighting and some more ‘stuff’ in it. Eg pictures, a throw, some cushions to brighten it up. The beach was nice (although there are much better) for a dip but take beach shoes as it’s pebbly.

Exceptional

The staff are super nice. We booked sea view room and they upgraded it to room with shared pool for free. There were several types of salads, desserts, and fruits .

The meals (main menu) was not very diverse.

Well maintained modern all-inclusive resort

Modern structure, clean, well maintained, huge food selection at buffet, kids loved the pool

This hotel is boring but peaceful place with a lot of small problems and weak all inclusive program.

Clean long stone-sandy beach, nice staff, modern hotel. We've got free upgrade to room with private outdoor pool (shared with neighbor's apartment).

This hotel is definitely not 5 star hotel. There are a lot of problems and deficiency. Everything looks good on the photos but in reality this hotel is not so nice, the service is not so high, the food is not so tasty. What more - very boring place. Hotel: the rooms are quite big and nice at first look but quality is not high. Beds are not comfortable, they are creaks so you can’t turn from left to right without crazy sounds or even to do something more... There are a lot of bad details as dirty joints between tiles, crooked walls, bad electrical outlets and more. The warm water in shower has not stable temperature. Two light bulbs didn’t work. Service: The staff is quite fine, but there is problem with room service. Two days from four we has no room service. Means no new towels, no soap, unmade beds. We have to call desk for towels and soap. They came one hour later with towels, but without soap. Fail. Food: All inclusive program is 3 star only. Food taste was very average, day by day the same meals. If something left from last day, they serve it next day. Alcohol drinks was bad, bad, bad! Wine was diluted by water, all other alcohol was very weak, drinks are terrible sweet and almost no alcoloh inside. Meals was not tasty. Spa: Very professional masseurs, maybe best massage ever for me. But again the spa room design, decoration etc is not 5 star level. Sorry. Entertainment: This is dead place. No fun, no smiles. Top of entertinment is beach volleyball and Bingo game at night. Beach: Quite nice stone-sandy beach with a lot of sunbeds. No sealife underwater but clear water. Final result: This hotel is boring but peaceful place with a lot of small problems and weak all inclusive program. Bad beds, too big pillows, not tasty and boring food, crazy sweet bad drinks with weak alcohol. This is not 5 star hotel. It’s 3+ or 4-. Not good value for the money.
