The overall experience was good. Guatavo,Kiki and daytime bar staff were amazing. Breakfast and dinner food selection is great. For lunch pizza and gyros are great options.
Reception staff were not the best. Property needs a bit more TLC.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and there was a good variety of food and drinks. I really enjoyed.

Staff were lovley
Food awful, our whole family struggled with the buffet was not very good at all, the drinks were watered down after paying all inclusive, we spent alot of money eating out, kids struggled more than the adults with the lack of food, seems alot of pork and lambs liver, and the sandwich bar is just not there nond existent, all very repetitive if your there like we were 9nights, advertising as a 5star maybe a 3.4,, the entertainment was bleak aswell .
