Perfect for us in every way. My husband has a mobility scooter and the allocated accessible room was great, as was the on site car parking. Bilbao is very accessible too, and this hotel’s location made it very convenient to get around and see all the sights. The icing on the cake was a surprise birthday gift from the hotel when we returned to our bedroom late afternoon!

The location, the hotel staff, the restaurant and the atmosphere
Our bathroom had cracks on the plastic floor but this kind of small faults are almost always found in any hotel’s bathroom.
