The reception team were excellent, very responsive and helpful. Our room was very clean, and quiet although didn't have natural daylight as inward facing. It's a great location next to the river so easy to walk to the Guggenheim in 5 minutes and the Old town in 10 minutes. If you are taking the airport bus that is also easy to walk to the right stop.

The location was terrific, it was very clean, the staff were great and most helpful. The rooms were good and quite roomy.
We had rooms facing an inner courtyard which was cleverly covered by frosted windows with a design - much nicer than the view of the inner courtyard; however - in one of the rooms, you could definitely smell cigarette smoke from the smokers on the ground floor. This room (107) must have been just above the the smokers courtyard.

The lady on the front desk was super helpful, very nice and ensured that my bike was stored away. I think her name was Oksana

The breakfast was nice. They served both hot and cold foods.
The bed wasn't comfy for me. The floors creak above us during the night/early morning.
