Welcome to great accommodation and service.

What did we like? Everything, this is how you run a Hotel. OK it has a fantastic location opposite the Guggenheim Museum, which is actually more an Art Gallery than a Museum. But it doesn't rest on those laurels, like one Hotel on this trip. Of the 8 Hotels we stayed in through Spain and Portugal, this was hands down the best. From being greeted at the entrance, having our car parked for us ( thank you Diego) and the bags immediately taken tour room (thank you Jorge), to the very pleasant welcome from Carolina, we could tell immediately how good our experience would be. The room, overlooking the Guggenheim was a little cramped but beautifully presented, the bathroom more than making up for that. We loved the shower and bath above the wooden slatted floor acting as the drain, a very nice design touch with the electric blinds attention to detail. Breakfast on the roof terrace was icing on the cake. Everything worked seamlessly, the view was stunning, the staffs attention to detail impeccable. Highly recommended by seasoned travellers who have stayed in some spectacular accommodation. It was that good.

Short break in Bilbao

Great location for Guggenheim with parking. Tram stop gives easy access to old town. Good restaurant and friendly helpful staff. Large comfortable room. Great that we were able to use the sauna and steam room nude.

Breakfast too expensive so we went to a bakery round the corner for a fraction of the price.

Beautiful contemporary designed hotel well located for Guggenheim but falls short of best in class.

1. Beautiful contemporary design throughout. 2. Excellent room cleaning and room service staff. 3. Excellent access from room to car park. 4. Lovely views from breakfast room on 7th floor.

1. Not informed before arrival that main restaurant restaurant would be closed. 2. Hotel restaurant options very limited. 3. Beautiful bar but service unwelcoming and slow.

Perfect stay

the rooms need updating - mould spots in bathroom etc. the mini bar door fell off! all be a bit tired and in need of some cash as it’s expensive

Loved the layout of this room!! Fantastic turn down service, excellent staff, beautiful facilities. Very high end.

I didn't know what I was getting a room facing the interior, and other rooms in the hotel. That was a surprise which I did not enjoy.

A wonderful hotel.

Everything 😊 Very welcoming hotel staff. Lovely comfortable room and bed. Great terrace overlooking the Guggenheim for breakfast and drinks. The restaurant was also lovely with a good menu. When I next visit Bilbao this is the place I will stay without doubt.

There was nothing to dislike.

The room and breakfast was great but the real draw is the location and the view of the Guggenheim right outside your window! The staff was also super helpful and gave good recommendations around town
