Very good location, nice and helpful staff and spacious rooms.
Shower water temperature was inconsistent making it very annoying to shower in either boiling or cold water. Also not the best water pressure.

Room was large & clean, with water & coffee. Housekeeping staff were amazing
Breakfast room is too small for the hotel. We purchased breakfast & the room was full & we had to wait for a table. The breakfast is not great value. I marked it down for value because we paid double what we usually do due to prices hiked for the rugby

The staff were either unfriendly or not interested in our presence.
The check-in was tedious and drawn out with requests for two email addresses and no information about facilities or anything positive
