Excellent transport links by bus from airport and onwards. Easy 24hr check-in. Clean room with a good selection of toiletries. Breakfast okay.

We booked at the last minute after we arrived at another place in Bilbao, which we did not like at all. We had to find a place instantly. The room was comfortable and clean, very good service too. Location was very good and central.
There was a noise from lift's cables all night. It seems that some oil would solve the issue.
We had to book in the last minute and paid an "offer" price. I've booked and then looked at Booking.com 5 mins later and then the "offer" price was much lower. It seems that this is a marketing trick which does the opposite effect. One feels cheated for paying more 5 minutes earlier.

Extremely good location. Right next to the airport bus terminal station. Only 4 stops by metro to the old town. 2 stops to the city
The checkout queue is mixed with checkin queue and it was was very long and slow. We waited almost 15 min to hand in the keys. Wonder why there isn’t a self checkout box like other hotels. Also the sitting area in the lobby is under construction so there were only 3 chairs to sit and wait in front of the door

Location is ok, “connected” to parking , baby cot + baby bathroom staff
No pleasant reception; air conditioner is directed exactly to the bed - not comfortable at all; baby bed sheets with holes; 2 capsules for coffee but 1 bathroom staff package… when you already know how many people will stay there….it doesn’t look like a 4-star
