Very central position, must be about the best in Bilbao; walking distance to Guggenhaim and also the Old Town. Spacious room and a big comfortable bed. No street noise. A grand, modernized building.
Only a small thing - no kettle in the room.

Great staff.
Great location.
I specifically *chose* the king bed on the reservation, but the room had 2 twins.
Also the sleeping pillows were not great.

Location was good.Did not have breakfast- thought it too expensive for a buffet.
Cleaning of the room. Had to request it to be done on day 2. When it was done no dressing gowns were replaced.
The bar closed at 11pm even for residents of the hotel. Unbelievable!!!
