La ubicación es excelente, un trato muy amable por todos los empleados del hotel. Se puede aparcar en el hotel para dejar las maletas y si has hecho la reserva de plaza te asignan una plaza de su aparcamiento a 5 minutos del hotel.
El parking necesita cierta habilidad para entrar en algunas plazas, sobretodo con coches grandes. Se echa en falta tener la recepción más horas de las que tiene que son de 14:00 a 21:00

Staff was so kind and allowed us to park inside the hotel due to the fact we were travelling with kids, which made our stay easier.
Location is good too.
When choosing a room with views, we were expecting to have some nice views to somewhere outside from the room. However, room views were some stairs outside…
In addition to this, we found a couple of unexpected guests which made our stay a little bit scary; specially considering we stayed with two little kids. We found some cockroaches in the bathroom and we had to run after them to keep them away.
This last fact with no doubts was something which definitely marked our experience… 😖

El alojamiento muy nuevo, limpio, con todos los servicios y electrodomésticos casi de estreno.
Como instalaciones ninguna queja.
El hecho de tener que recoger las llaves de otra ubicación es un poco complicado, nosotros estabamos en coche y pudimos hacer fácil pero me imagino que si alguien llega en otro medio de transporte y con todo el equipaje puede ser bastante complicado.
El tema del parking es también molesto ya que el alojamiento no lo cubre ni tiene convenio entonces resulta caro, unos 30 euros por día.
Convenio de parking, recoger las llaves en el mismo alojamiento .

La descripción de Booking no corresponde con el alojamiento . Pensábamos que era una habitación normal y era un apartamento con cocina . La verdad que nos sorprendió para muy bien
Teníamos que subir unas escaleras que por la noche no estaban iluminadas ,bes cierto que vimos una farola pero creo que estaba estropeada . Igual una persona más mayor o con dificultad de movimiento no hubiese podido llegar al apartamento ya que es invierno y las noches son muy oscuras . Nosotros usamos la linterna del mv y llegamos sin problema

El espacio amplio que tenía el apartamento. No hay cocina pero si una nevera grande, microondas, tazas, copas, detalle de café y té. Mesa amplia para poder comer, zona de estar y dormitorio amplio.
Tranquilo, sin ruidos.
La cama incomodisima. No pudimos descansar tanto el colchón como la almohada malos.
El parking estando en otro edificio es algo incomodo. Pero en esa zona es imposible aparcar en la calle. Te asocian una plaza en función del coche que tengas pero el acceso es complicado porque hay demasiadas columnas. Teniendo habilidad cuesta con que si no tienes demasiada lo pasas mal.
La puerta del baño no cerraba, depende con quién compartas la estancia da un poco más igual o es algo a tener en cuenta. Aún así es de fácil solución.

Great location with a view over the harbour area. Great to have parking for the car just 5 minutes away in a secure garage. Very clean and comfortable, plenty of bars and restaurants close by.
Had expected a kitchenette area for preparing a meal but only a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee filter machine were provided. There wasn't any cutlery apart from teaspoons.

The room had a great view. Like the suite aspect of a living room then a bed room. The bathroom was good with hot water and a shower that didn't get water all over the floor. The hotel is on a hill about a kilometer from the main downown area which I really liked. More of a neighborhood atmosphere but with lots of restaurants neraby and the walk downtown was easy, plus it's right on a bus line.
The room could have been cleaner and the door to the bedroom didn't open all the way as it hit the bed.

Me gusto todo. La habitación supero mis expectativas. Me dieron una mini suit con cocina, zona salita con mesa y cama 2x2m con un baño con unos acabados expectaculares. La habitación tenia una de las pareces con todo cristalera, cosa que que me encanto. Pena que otras habitaciones también dan al mismo lado y no tienes tanta intimidad como para dejar las cortinas abiertas de par en par. Ademas, tenia una zona de terraza nada mas salir de la habitación.
Todo fue genial.

The hotel is located nearby the center, the area is extremely calm, with beautiful fancy houses, extremely safe, clean and also bars/cafeterias/supermarkets are just close to it. The facade is really beautiful, there are many stairs to reach the rooms (as everywhere in Santander) but there is an elevator running inside from the garage. My room which actually turned out being an apartment was in the highest floor located outside the building. The apartment was fully furnished, with two armchairs, a big television, comfortable and beautiful double bed, a table with chairs, lamp, wardrobe, fridge, kitchen, microwave and everything needed to cook and clean; the bathroom was really huge and so beautiful because everything was designed and towels, soaps hair-drier were ready. The room has the comfort of a home and the luxury of a design fancy room. The receptionist is present only during the check-in time, but for any issue the staff can be contacted by whatsapp/call etc.
If I really want to find something to argue is the fact that there are many keys to hold, one for the main entrance, one for the reception, for the room etc so one electronic card would be better I guess; also another thing is that the doors are not really new so sometimes they look weak but still safe.

No cooking facilities, no knives or forks, nothing in the fridge, thought there might of been some water. I think they could of put something complementary for your arrival especially when its hot, some bottle water would of been nice.

Good to know you can book a full fridge and that the sofa can be made up into a double bed.
Generally all was good. Unfortunately on the day we left there wasn’t hot water but that was a temporary hitch.

We booked a “superior suite” and when we arrived there were no cutlery or plates, just a microwave. We arrived after a long train journey and were very hungry, and the reception was closed at 8pm. There was no kitchen sink so after microwaving your food you have to wash up in the bathroom sink. The email confirmation said the room had a “tumble dryer” which we assumed meant “washing machine” but when we arrived there was no washing machine and we were told it was the only room without one…we had to spend our first morning walking 20 minutes to the launderette as we were not offered a solution to wash our 3 month old baby’s clothes. The remote control for the TV did not work and made a loud squeaking sound every time you pressed a button. The receptionist was Portuguese and did not speak either Spanish or English so we could not even explain to her our problems. She spoke to us in a very rude manner and was defensive, and did not offer any solution or apology. At the very least someone should be available to communicate with guests in either local language or in English. We were left with no assistance at all. All we were left was one plate, one fork and one knife (we were 2 people) after we complained. We have experienced better service and facilities at hotels for half the price, I would not recommend this property, it ruined our experience of Santander. This was definitely not a “superior suite”- a budget hostel at best.

Just one thing - the cooling is not the best.. it gets warm inside the room and we went just during June. I can only imagine how it would be during July/ August..

We booked for a double room. We got a flat, which required having a set of keys to go through 3 different doors. The flat was extremely high which required us having to climb quite a number of steps in order to reach the room. The flat also had a bad smell and the air conditioning was not suffice for the size of the room. We had to sleep with the door open. We asked for change of room only to be told they were unable to do.
