Kristin and Gary’s property was absolutely superb! I stayed for Christmas and New Years with a friend and family member and enjoyed every second of it! They were super fast and responsive to any and all questions — not that we had many. I’ve been staying in numerous Vrbos and other rentals the last few months working on a story for a magazine, and this was by far the most beautiful and accommodating— great little office nook upstairs off the master bedroom, perfect for working. If you can, stay here!

The house was a perfect venue for our yearly girlfriend rendezvous! It has an awesome kitchen with all the amenities and nice, comfortable rooms. The owners were responsive when we had questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Anything you can think of is covered with this property. The owners are friendly, kind and convey a genuine desire for you to make this property your home while you stay here. The home is peaceful with great energy. We enjoyed having the time to look at some of the unique artwork and antiques displayed throughout the house. We have stayed in so many VRBOs in the past few years. By far, one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in by far. 100% plan to come stay again. I am in love with this property! We have a beautiful home in CA but this property has me thinking of Tucson and wanting to recreate the feeling I had during our stay. Very peaceful.

My family and I stayed at this lovely home to attend our daughter's graduation from U of A. The house was very spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful modern kitchen. The convenient location was perfect for our needs and very quiet. I would consider renting this property again if we find ourselves in Tucson and want to be close to the U of A campus.

Kristin's home is just that a home. From the minute we entered her house, we felt at home. Kristin met us at her home and gave us the full rundown and tour. She has thought of everything you could need while on vacation. No stone was left unturned. The home is comfortable, beautiful and decorated in the Southwest style that honors the Tucson area. If our travels bring us back to Tucson, we will definitely stay here again.

This house is very spacious, comfortable and fully equipped for shorter or long-term stays. Everything you need is available. The kitchen is huge and includes everything you need to cooking simply or elaborately! The location is great for walking or short drives to great local spots and the University. The photos accurately represent the house. On the property there are two other rental units, detached from the house, but this does not affect the privacy, accessibility nor quiet of the house. The owner is terrific and responsive and helpful.

This house was perfect for us in every way. Sometimes rental photos make the property look bigger than it is, but this one was bigger than the photos showed! Our adult sons stayed on the first floor in the spacious guest rooms, and we had the enormous master suite, with two walk in closets, two sinks in the bathroom and a jacuzzi! We also loved the fully stocked gourmet island kitchen. It made everyone want to cook. The owners were charming and accessible, and even left us a Christmas tree and ornaments so that we could feel cozy and at home. It is simply a marvelous living space.

Great location, tons of space

Kristin's property is centrally located for easy access to all sorts of outdoor activities and the state and national parks, as well as the university and downtown, where we enjoyed restaurants and breweries during our 6 week stay. The house was well stocked and had plenty of room for our party of 3 adults and 3 pets, and had some great workspaces that supported us as we worked remote during the week and played on the weekend. Kristin checked in on us frequently to make sure we were comfortable and answer any questions.

Great stay. Thanks to Kristen who was responsive to our every request. Group of (6) were in Tucson to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday together. The size of the house (especially the kitchen and dining area) allowed us to spread out and social distance. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed or could have imagined. The location was ideal for getting on the bike paths and riding around the central area. I can highly recommend and would return if the occasion presents itself.

Very interesting property - close to old town and freeway

The house was very clean, nice SW decorations, and had a very well stocked and complete kitchen - glasses, plates, silver, knives, and everything else you might possibly need as well as consumables. Bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of towels, hair dryers, and bath products. Very nice owners that bent over backward to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They called several times to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommended - you will be pleased, and we plan to stay again.

Fabulous property. Great attention to detail. More than what we expected. Our hosts were gracious and helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. It is fully stocked with everything you need and then some. We truly enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back. If I could give it more stars I would. Thanks for an awesome stay!

The Spanish hacienda is a beautiful, comfortable, light filled home to stay in! Beautifully decorated!! We stayed during a snow storm (in Tucson) and we were perfectly comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony! Master suite was spacious. The shower was spectacular (and allowed you to set the temperature of the water). Watched the wind moving in the trees in the windows above the cupboards in the kitchen. Full kitchen with everything you need. We want to go back and stay when it is warm to enjoy the spacious porch and barbecue! The owners were gracious and friendly, willing to do anything they could to make your stay better. Really a great stay! We want to go back!

Our family of 4 was looking for a house from which to explore Tucson and surrounding mountains. We stumbled on Kristin's beautiful house, which is about a mile from the University of Arizona. Kristin's house is more like a "compound", which has a main house where we stayed, two smaller guests houses and separate laundry facilities. The main house is beautifully decorated and VERY spacious with a large kitchen and dining room, living room, sitting rooms and 3 bedrooms that were all recently renovated. In fact, the entire house was immaculate and great mountain views from the second floor - including a rainbow over the late afternoon mountains. Kristin made us feel so welcome by meeting us at our arrival, leaving us a bottle of wine and some great fresh coffee beans that powered us every morning. Kristin was extremely responsive with every question we had and we would absolutely stay at Kristin's magnificent house when we return to Tucson. Thank you Kristin!
