Situated in Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for $251 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to our direct oceanfront condo with an extended balcony at the Dunes Village Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! Our condo is located in the Palmetto Tower (the northern of the two buildings). This is a luxury direct oceanfront one-bedroom condo with an extended balcony located on the 7th floor. This unit sleeps up to 6 guests. This unit is an oceanfront one-bedroom extended balcony condo with two queen-size beds, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub/shower. The living room has a full-size Murphy bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The unit also includes free wireless Internet access, televisions in the living room and the bedroom, and a full-size washer & dryer. The rental includes bed linens and towels. In addition, we also provide a set of beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach cart as well as a pack n play! We own three other condos at Dunes Village: Unit 603 - 1 bedroom condo (VRBO #284206 - HomeAway #275200) Unit 909 - 1 bedroom condo (VRBO #334273 - HomeAway #356763) Unit 1421 – 3 bedroom condo (VRBO #405600 - HomeAway #979021) ABOUT THE RESORT: Dunes Village Resort is located in the northern section of Myrtle Beach on the South Carolinian coast. The Dunes Village Resort consists of two buildings which, combined, include an impressive indoor water park complex. The water parks cover approximately 30,000 square feet of an array of water park attractions, including Myrtle Beach's first adult-sized indoor waterslides, kiddies wet deck and play pools offering a selection of games and slides, a 250 foot long lazy river ride, a massive swimming pool with water volleyball and basketball, and a variety of hot tubs. *Please note that during the off-season, the resort does annual maintenance to the amenities. There will always be at least one of the two water-parks open during this time* ABOUT MYRTLE BEACH: Myrtle Beach is located on the Atlantic Coast in South Carolina. Myrtle Beach is among the nation's most popular vacation destination for families. It is well known for its entertainment, shopping, golf, and family attractions. With over 60 miles of wide, white sand beaches, known as The Grand Strand, it offers one of the longest continuous beachfronts along the Atlantic Ocean. The temperature ranges from an average high in January of mid to high 50s to an average high in July of high 80s to low 90s. The spring and fall, excellent seasons for golfing, have an average temperatures of mid 70s.

Owners were awesome to deal with, although property itself needs to be updated. Inside the condo was "like home" with everything you need for an extended stay, but outside property surroundings needed attention. Other guests didn't follow rules of no smoking and dont feed the birds and it was annoying when we couldn't utilize the extended patio because of higher level condos throwing trash, cigarette butts and bread down. We love Myrtle Beach and visit 2 weeks every year for Christmas.

We vacationed at the beginning of the summer and realized when we were looking at dates for next summer that we never left a review. The kids loved the unit, extended balcony, and water park and have been asking when we can go back. The owners were very flexible and extremely responsive.

This was our first trip since my husband became an amputee. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was great. The owners are so thorough with all information that we did not have to contact them directly, not even once. The staff at the resort we very accommodating and helpful. We hope to stay again in the near future. Thanks for the great memories!!

This was by far one of the best rentals we have stayed in. They had such great and fun amenities. The room was super clean and accommodated a lot for a trip. This is definitely our new vacation home.

Loved everything about our stay. All of the amenities including the pools, the easy access to the beach, the location, I could go on. The balcony was awesome for us to relax with the two littles and still get some sun. Thank you for having us!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little place! Check in process was seamless. All of the kitchen items were already there. There are beach chairs and toys available too, which was nice. The resort itself was great for all ages.

Very clean and spacious. View was amazing. Only downfall, no fault of property owners, guests staying above you throwing cigarettes over their balconies landing on the patio.

The resort was great, it had fun amenities and easy access to the beach. Check-in was easy. Condo was clean, had good sleeping options for 6 people. Comfortable. The only disappointment was not in the owner’s control, but due to the design of the building/balcony, you can’t actually see the ocean when you are “lounging” on the deck. You can see it standing on the deck, from the living room or sitting on the chairs at the top of the deck, but the design makes it impossible to see when just sitting out there on the de k chairs. Other than that, our stay was great.
