Located in Wisconsin Dells, this lovely resort for $224 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. IMPORTANT CHANGES: The indoor water park may be closed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during non-peak times.. The rate on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays may be drastically reduced as they do not include water park passes. Chula Vista is one of the top resorts in the Midwest, offering a large indoor and outdoor water park, attached golf course, full service spa, zip lines, athletic center, and 9 restaurants and bars...all on a gorgeous bend in the Wisconsin River. There is fun for the whole family here! Water park passes are included with every rental, and, unlike many of the other resorts in the area, it is all connected indoors, so you don't have to walk outside to get to the fun! In our opinion, Chula is the BEST resort in the Dells area. You are removed from the huge crowds and traffic at the larger resorts on the strip, in a beautiful wooded area right on the Wisconsin River, and you are only 2 miles from downtown Dells. Wouldn't it be nicer to walk outside and see trees, a golf course and the river rather than the interstate? What we offer is a 3-bedroom condo suite with 1 king bed, 4 queen beds and 2 pull-out couches (as well as a full kitchen, whirlpool tub, 3 bathrooms, etc.). OK...so, this is the same as all the other condo suites at Chula Vista...how are we different? First, we are on the first floor so you would have one of the very few walk-outs through the patio doors. No stairs or waiting for elevators to get to your room! You can set up some lawn chairs and enjoy yourself right outside your room. You are also just a few steps from the sand volleyball courts and outdoor pools. Also, the first floor rooms are taller than the others (14' high), so it feels even roomier. And, THE BEST PART is that we will give you a discount off the regular rates. You can save money by booking through us rather than going directly to the resort!

Great space! Nice and open for a group. Check in process was a little confusing because the resort is so big—our original place to check in was closed and there was a sign to go to the hotel check in—we have never been there so we just guessed what building to try next. I would recommend a stay here :)

We had a wonderful time. The condo had plenty of space for all of us. Maintenance staff were super helpful in fixing the dvd player. It was low stocked in kitchen for towels, wash cloths, paper towels, and dish soap, but front desk was helpful in supplying more. I would definitely recommend and we plan on coming back

Room was Very Nice and Clean!!! BUT!!!!! Wow! Testing peoples patience is another thing! The room was not available until 6:00pm that’s wasting away vacation time and also we had to cancel our dinner reservations for 12 people because we weren’t able to shower and commute to our destination! Wi-Fi did not work! Hot water did not work! Called the front desk several times, once from the swimming pool check in……NO ANSWER!! Next morning….flooding water from the room above because a pipe burst!

The condo, property, and waterparks were all spotless. Avoid the long lines at Noah's Ark and Mt. Olympus and head to Chula Vista. While the size of the park is not near as impressive as other parks at the Dells, the amount of time you spend in line is 20x less! There are slides and rides for all ages of our group from 5 years old up to 72! We probably covered more feet of slide by noon then we would have standing in line at Noah's Ark all day! It had been a while since we had been here, but we are definitely going back.

11 of us stayed at the Chula Vista resort. We all had a BLAST! The waterpark was so fun and the accommodations were great. The rooms were very filthy. Spiderwebs and spiders everywhere. I wiped up some water on the master bathroom floor, and the towels turned black. If I didn’t put shoes on right after my shower, our feet turned black. The floors were very filthy, like they hadn’t been mopped or cleaned in a very long time. I also wiped up some water in the kitchen and the washcloth was black there too. The vent was horribly filthy! Half of the outlets did not work. The shower drain in the one bathroom wouldn’t drain and had about 3 inches of standing water when taking a shower. After 2 phone calls to the front desk, they finally fixed it. There was mold in the master bathroom wall by the shower near the floor. I also tried called calling front desk for 20 minutes to get more washcloths and towels but they didn’t answer at all. We ended up tracking down our own towels and washcloths because nobody would answer the phone, and the worker that my husband found didn’t bring anything.

Property was great, but this place, like ALL places, seems to be slightly short staffed with COVID going on. My son walked into a table, got hit below the eye, and getting an ice pack from first aid took longer than it should have. During busy times, its hard to get a call through to the front desk, had to run there for extra towels and bedding for the fold out couches in the room. Room was spacious, clean, there was a random wet was cloth on the floor of the shower that we threw away, but that was it. The water park is in need of very minor repairs, but never felt unsafe anywhere. Attention to our special needs was great (food allergies) and restaurants on the property were good. Ground level room was a great plus, and overall, a great experience. We would come back again, and probably will next year.

The floors were not vacuumed or cleaned and the counter was sticky. There were no washcloths provided and no grab bars or bath mats in the showers. The furniture and carpet was worn. I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

I don’t know where to begin, the 3 bedroom condo is a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom with adjoining doors. The place is completely run down with worn outdated furniture. The carpet has holes, broken seams 2 inches wide 3 feet long. The silver ware was put away dirty in the drawer. Seat cushions on couches flat from age and use, king size bed literally has large chipped paint or something pealing off. Neither her fireplace worked. The beds had an odor , the entire suite smelled for that matter. The things they called pillows were a joke. This is not a top notch resort, this place is run down outdated and certainly not worth the money. We left a day early, could not wait to leave. Only decent thing is being out of the suite and water park. Very disappointing place, will never go again. Very run down and not clean or well maintained.

I love and enjoyed the room and water park , only thing that didn’t like is how room service didn’t come in to clean nor throw the garbage out , I reached out to customer services to have someone come and at least get the garbage no one ever came , but overall it was great , recommend my family and friends to visit this place

The condo we rented had a jacuzzi with non-working jets. Chula Vista found us different one down the hall so had to move all our things. Fireplace fans did not work, one faucet handle broken, some wear and tear on furniture, no instructions for anything. No extra blanket or kitchen towels. First reservation had us paying resort fee for Waterpark when wasn't even open so we had to change our dates.
