With 6000 square feet of space throughout 3 levels, all accessible via elevator, your group will have plenty of room to be together or retreat for privacy. Spend evenings gathered in the living room in front of the gas fireplace and if you come in January or July and you will have front row seats to a spectacular fireworks show! Wonderful dinners or Sunday brunch will be enjoyed around the large dining room table or casually in the spacious kitchen. Four large master bedrooms provide privacy for family, friends or business associates traveling together to experience all that Aspen has to offer, just blocks away. The bonus den area has a queen sofa bed for any extra guests or children joining your trip. Two spacious living spaces offer options for relaxing, watching your favorite movie or sporting event or to just spread out. The home has an elevator to take you between the 3 levels - a nice amenity after a long day on the ski slopes or hiking trails! We booked this property last minute to replace a cancelled reservation. The property is spectacular and was great for our large group of friends. Its walkable to all that Aspen has to offer. The hosts were amazing. Probably the most attentive I've had using VRBO. Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay. Some things to improve. Internet needs to be upgraded. furniture has not been upgraded since 1980. Dining room chair had arm fell off and cabinet door in Master fell of hinge. Beautiful location and home but home needs serious care. Carpets need to be cleaned or better yet replaced. Art work needs major attention as many pictures were placed crooked on walls.

This house was lovely! It was very large and clean. the elevator inside was a fun element to have and made going up 4 floors easy. The wifi unfortunately would go out every couple hours and need to be reset and we could not get the dishwasher to work. besides that, it was amazing location and walking distance to town in less than 10 minutes. would certainly come back again to this home for a ski weekend in aspen.

We had 7 adults with us and house was very spacious. The property managers were extremely helpful and made the check-in process a breeze. The home was only a short walk to downtown, the grocery store, bike rental, walking paths, all the restaurants, & everything else Aspen has to offer!

Large property with enough room for everyone to spread out. Easy to walk to dinner or to trails. Stunning views of Aspen mountain!! Beautiful, inviting, and cozy home. You can almost feel all the happy memories the homes owners have had here over the years. We enjoyed ourselves completely. A great reprieve from the Texas heat. Thank you to the property managers who were always prompt with our requests. Hopefully we will see y’all next year.

Our family had a great time in Aspen! The house is perfect for large families. Some of our party has mobility issues and the elevator was a much needed bonus. The location is great for taking in the sweeping views of the mountains and also walking into town.

Our family truly enjoyed our July 4th week long summer vacation stay at the Miners Trail home. Spectacular views of Aspen and Ajax. We loved the convenient walk to downtown across the Roaring Fork River and close proximity to the City Market grocery store. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this large comfortable home. Check-in was easy, the house was immaculately cleaned, and kitchen well stocked. There was plenty of space to spread out in this beautifully decorated home. Town is walking distance. I was very impressed with the management company in terms of communication and responsiveness. We were delighted with this Aspen home. As a family group of 10 with ages ranging from 6 -70, it had all we could ask for. The house is huge with plenty of space for a large group to spread out. Everything you need for a relaxing stay was there including the hot tub, which was a huge hit for apres skiing. The location was great with the free shuttle on our doorstep or else just a 12 minute walk to the centre of town.

Such a fantastic home and a fantastic location. The Kitchen is incredibly well stocked. We made dinner for 10 several nights and had everything you could possibly need already there. The living spaces are cozy and spacious with incredible views. The walk to town is super easy. Bus stop right at the end of the block. It couldn't be more perfect! We also loved having the hot tub and steam room for apres. The overall aesthetic is dated, but it actually adds more charm to this place because it feels like a home, not some sparsely furnished rental unit. It feels so cozy and warm. Warning that the elevator was not working so we did have to carry our bags up and down one flight from the garage level to the bedroom level. Can't wait to come back. Our group is already planning to book this spot again for next year.

This property is in a great location. About a 3 min walk into downtown Aspen and beautiful views of Aspen mountain. Home is large and well maintained. This was our second time staying in this home and both times have been exceptional.

We absolutely loved our stay in Aspen. We were in to celebrate our son’s birthday and it was the perfect spot. Walk to town, lots of nearby trails and plenty of room to spread out. If you are looking for a spacious home for a bigger group, it’s perfect. Would definitely stay again!

This is a perfect home for a large family or multiple families as every room has an en suite bathroom. The kitchen is huge and there are multiple decks. There is a great trail/path that takes you to town in minutes. The location is perfect, in a beautiful cul de sac with a view of the mountains.

Just stayed here for 5n for a reunion of 4 couples who are old friends and we had a fantastic time. The Miners Trail home is in a great location with wide views of Aspen ski mountain and sunset views to the west. There are convenient steps that take you into the John Denver park for an easy, less than 10min walk into the heart of downtown Aspen.
The home is large with plenty of living spaces to spread out and includes a nice porch where we could fit 8 adults comfortably. There is jacuzzi out back which seemed newish and worked fine. The home could use a little updating including the patio furniture which was a little "worn" and the gas grill out back which was a little older and small, but overall this did not really retract from our stay.
The beds were all comfortable and quiet and the multiple bathrooms very clean though a couple of the "en-suite" showers had lower pressure than we would have liked.
The kitchen was well equipped, and one night we brought in a local private chef which worked out great and was a blast, though "Aspen" expensive! There was plenty of seating in the dining area.
The only major concern I would have is that the afternoon we checked in had temps in the low 80's and the air conditioning didn't really seem adequate to cool the home and this should be looked into and would be a concern if we came back during the summer season. Luckily it cooled off outside for the rest of our trip and we had the windows open a lot which was fine.
The iTrip management team was very responsive leading up to and during the check in process and did send some one over to check the AC in less than an hour.
Overall, the eight of us had a fantastic time in this home and wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend to our friends.

We did encounter a few issues bc it is an older home and reported them immediately to the management company. The free bus into town is so conveniently located down the street but the service ends at 5pm, so please be aware of that if you anticipate on taking it after dinner. Just returned from a wonderful stay in Aspen at the Miner's Trail home. Beautiful property with magnificent views of Aspen Mountain and easy to walk into town. Loved the 3 level home with sleeping accommodations on the first 2 floors and the magnificent open spaces on the third. Highly recommend this home for your next Aspen trip!

Incredible house in Aspen
I came with 7 friends for my 50th birthday, and we had the most wonderful time. The house was perfect, plenty of bedrooms, great hangout spaces in the livingroom and kitchen. Gorgeous views. Great location, 10 minute walk to town and to hikes. 2 minutes to the free town shuttle to go into Aspen. The property managers were extremely responsive to all our requests, for instance we wanted a speaker to play music on and they showed up within the hour with a brand new Bluetooth speaker for us. One of the toilets needed some attention and they immediately arranged for a plumber to come fix it 2 hours later. They continually made sure that our driveway was clear (we got a fair amount of snow during our stay). We really could not be happier and I feel like it was one of the most special experiences I’ve ever had.

Excellent stay for a family vacation
We loved our stay over the Christmas holiday! It was a perfect home for our family in Aspen! The house was perfectly described as on the site. There was more than enough room to enjoy breakfasts, dinners and lounging around. There was everything we needed and the shops and market was very close by! The beds were clean and comfy with nice linens. The bathrooms were clean. The common areas were clean and organized.
The host (and group) made great recommendations for our stay and were readily available if needed.
We had so much fun together and would come back.

Large, Open, light and airy home located a short walk to town. Great neighborhood and super views of the mountains. No problem in recommending this home and the management company. Would definitely pick this home again for our next stay in Aspen.
