Charles is a an excellent host - very responsive and excellent check in instructions. Kitchen is well equipped and bed is very comfortable. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in Palm Canyon. Would stay again and recommend to family or friends.

The condo was modern with everything including a great outdoor kitchen, spa, and furniture. Everything we needed was there and the owner was very detailed and accommodating. The complex is quiet and the common areas are well maintained. We would highly recommend it and hope to stay there again.

Quiet, relaxing. Personal small pool that quickly heated to be a hot tub a plus. Well equipped kitchen. Host was very responsive to our concerns.

it was a wonderful vacation to end the summer. The house is extremely well suited. Plenty of nice plush towels, plenty of nice dishes, one would want for absolutely nothing and the owner provides a a complementary bottle of wine and beer and other drinks. The place is extremely lovely and furnished very well. I loved it, including the little pool outside. Great stay!

My husband and I enjoyed 6 nights here, and it was amazing! Will definitely book here again. House has plenty of room and owner supplies everything you could possibly need including plenty of kitchen items, dishware, glassware, laundry soap, extra towels and linens. Bed was also very comfortable. Loved the outdoor patio and mini-pool/spa that heated up quickly. Great communication from owner as well regarding keyless entry and info about his place. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was a peaceful retreat and felt so much better than a hotel room. It was close to the Convention Center and the Downtown Palm Springs restaurants and shops. Charles was the ultimate host and provided unexpected amenities such as water, beer, a bottle of wine, and coffee K-Cups. We’d definitely stay here again.

Condo was just as pictured. Clean and all necessary amenities.
Bed was just right, very comfortable.
Never got around to using the bbq or spa, but It would be a great place to entertain a few guest.
Would definately recommend and reserve in the future.

We loved staying at this condo in Palm Springs. The location was amazing, close enough to walk to several places but super quiet. The host was great, he was very responsive to messages during our stay. The condo was really clean and the patio area was perfect.

We were blown away by our stay in this well appointed, well situated condo during our recent stay Palm Springs for a Nursing convention. The rest of our group stayed at the hotel at the convention center and dealt with faulty a/c and bug bites while we retreated to this "desert oasis" each night. After a long day of air conditioned, windowless conference rooms, we enjoyed wine on the patio while listening to the soothing sounds of the lighted fountain, sitting in the hot tub and basically taking in the starry desert night. We had everything we needed inside as well where we listed to our playlist on speakers throughout, watched TV (hint:instructions in cabinet below😉) and found everything we needed and more in the kitchen/lining area including cheese knives and flameless candles. We loved the convienience of having 2 bathrooms so we could both get ready at the same time and the Tempur-Pedic king sized bed left us both rested and ready for another day of conferencing, which is no small achievement since we both work night shifts! Charles checked in on us and was a responsive host without being intrusive and we felt well cared for. The condo was in immaculate condition on our arrival despite having only been vacated that morning. We feel fortunate to have stayed at this refreshing condo less than half a mile from our convention and we will definitely be staying here again when visiting Palm Springs!

Great getaway for couples
Well stocked with provisions, super clean and centrally located. Charles was an amazing and responsive host. We had a death in the family and had to shift dates, and he was understanding and helped us find a new date quickly. We hope to return!

There was plenty of room to unpack my overstuffed suitcase...even enough hangers...that never happens. The kitchen had everything we needed. Both bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. The temperature control in the shower was a little tricky with the on demand hot water...but we adapted.
The patio area is very private and quiet. The hot tub heats very quickly, so we were able to keep it as a cool plunge pool during the day and then heat it up for a nice hot tub before bed.
The home is just a short walk to the downtown strip and to the hiking trails behind the museum. Thanks for a great stay!

This was, without question, the cleanest place we’ve ever rented anywhere. It was a great location to explore the area - we went to Joshua Tree one day. And with a nice patio and pool it was also a great place to stay and relax. The host gave detailed info and made us feel welcome before we even arrived. Can’t recommend it enough.

It was lovely to visit this charming property with mild weather, especially since we were coming from part of the country where it was -4°! We rented electric bikes from Bike Palm Springs and it was the perfect way to get around town. The location is close to the Movie Colony neighborhood and a lovely park and downtown. The bed was super comfy and the pantry and bathrooms were well-stocked. Our favorite part of the stay was enjoying the outdoor patio with outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and hot tub with waterfall water feature. It was a delightful stay and we hope to come back again!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet getaway where we could relax, cook our own meals and just get away from it all. This lovely place exceeded all of our expectations. Honestly- it is the cleanest, most thoughtfully prepared and well stocked vacation property we've ever booked.
We own three vacation rental properties of our own, and we work diligently to maintain our five star guest rating at all three, so I know what it takes to do a good job. Communication with Charles was excellent and the pictures accurately portray the amenities. We really enjoyed the outdoor area, with hot tub, outdoor kitchen and firepit. There was absolutely nothing lacking. Thank you, Charles.. We will be back!
