We spent New Years in Palm Springs. This Condo was truly perfect. Location is great for walking to the main street, near the Casino, very convenient. We have visited many VRBO's and this is among the most thoughtfully arranged and appointed we have seen. Nice modern appliances, good kitchen equipment, even some Prosecco and Toffee waiting for us. Great Host. We will be back for sure.

Sean’s rental was much more than we expected. Everything was extremely clean and you have all the amenities you would need to cook your own meals. We Loved using the pool and the spa and its in a quiet location. Easy walk to town.

Excellent location close to main restaurants. The space is thoughtfully furnished, airy, clean, and well stocked with extra linens. The unit's posting did not include washer/dryer; however, there were instructions onsite on how to use these amenities which was very helpful. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and provided the morning of check-in. Would love to visit again.

Light and bright, clean and well laid out this villa is decorated beautifully. The layout works well with plenty of room for two to really relax and enjoy the area. Location is very good, short drive to most places you'd want to see. Highly recommend.

This property is the perfect size for a couple, in a quiet, somewhat secluded area within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. The pool and hot tub are a nice touch. Owner was great at communicating. Check in and out were super easy.

The property was just as described. The house was perfect for a couple. Everything was clean and upscale. There was a lot of attention to detail. Loved having porcelain dishes and real glassware in the kitchen. The hot tub was a real treat after a golf game. We were walking distance to downtown which was a plus. Will definitely stay here again should we return to Palm Springs. Thank you to our host who stayed connected to us throughout our stay.

Beautiful, unique condo. We have stayed there several times and it will continue to be our “go to” spot in PSP. Perfect location in walking distance to downtown but removed from the noise. Great host and has everything you need for a nice vacation.

We so enjoyed our time in Palm Springs at Villa 6 on N Avenida Caballeros. Sean was great! The location was great! The villa was great! Great memories of our little getaway. We will definitely return.

This place was everything we were hoping it would be! My spouse and I drove down from the central coast for a relaxing celebration of our 2nd wedding anniversary. The space was immaculately clean, and the home fragrance was so inviting! The private outdoor area with the pool was my #1 reason for booking, and it did not disappoint (We spent most of my time outside and in the pool). Sean’s communication was clear and thorough. He even offered for us to let him know what drinks and snacks we like so he could have them in the home when we arrive - soooo kind!!! Plenty of towels, washer/dryer, and a huge bed that is super comfy. You could literally roll out of bed, and walk right out to the pool! Amazing, and we can’t wait to return!! 🤩

Good communication… easy check in/out…Accommodated an early check in. Inside was spotless.. there were two chairs that each had an arm worn to the foam. Loved having the private pool and spa, beautiful view of the mountains… however the patio furniture did not match the picture.. no lounge chair nor chairs with ottomans to put your feet up. There was a loud noise coming from the pipes next to the jacuzzi when in use.. we didn’t want any repair people so we notified Sean when we checked out…seems he already knew of the issue.. may not bother most, but suffering from migraines made it impossible to leave spa on. Secure, well manicured complex.. Easy bike ride to restaurants and shops…. Check out The Farm and TacQuila by bike.

It was amazingly private. I spent several mornings out by the pool with a cup of tea and lost in the quiet and beauty around me. What an awesome place to get away with your loved one for a private retreat!! Well stocked, clean, walking distance to downtown. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Very private. Will stay here again and again. Sean the property manager was great at getting back to us very quickly with checking in issue. Can’t say enough good things about this place!!
