Close proximity to Prophet‘s Mosque

Very close to the Prophets mosque, Makes it easy to come and go to the mosque between prayers

Payment process through a bank transfer was not smooth and caused a lot of disturbance

هذه ثالث إقامة لي في الفندق، وهو يقع في الجهة الجنوبية مواجة للقبة الخضراء بمجرد أن تخرج من الفندق.. فريق العمل رائع، الشكر موصول للمدير العام الأستاذ محمد حمادي الذي جعل اقامتنا مريحة ومُيسرة إلي أقصي الحدود.. وشكرا للشيف عصام علي حسن الضيافة والابتسامة الدائمة والأكل الرائع...

The hotel room cost a lot as we were in Hajj season but the proximity to the Haram made up for it.

The proximity to the Haram was amazing. It was a 2 min walk to the entrance. Beyond convenient.

The shower in my hotel room did not function well at all. We did not want to change rooms so had to bear with it for 2 more days.

Not a value for money hotel

Location: Was very near to Al Masjid an Nabawi. Could see the Masjid partially from our room. Breakfast: Awesome breakfast. Many varities to chose. Our breakfast was at VIP lounge. Staff: All were very friendly and could speak English compared to other hotels in Saudi. That was a great relief for us. The concierge staff were superb helpful and friendly. The room service attendants were also very smiley and friendly greeting us every time they see us..

Room: There were 3 single beds for 2 persons. Room was already small and an extra bed took up the space. The bed was comfy but was small, very limited space to move. Bathroom: Instead of the rain shower should have a normal shower which will be much easier to do our wudu and also to spray some hot water on our tired legs which was not possible with the rain shower. Price: We paid high price for a small room in a 3 star hotel...ridiculous. Hotels nearby were offering cheaper rates as we walk about to check. Better to reduce the rates as it was after Raya....could not imagine the rates during Ramadan. Please review your rates for future bookings

This is a very convenient hotel to stay near by Haram, clean and friendly services.

it’s very convenient location to go to Haram, only 2 minutes walk. We were able to make our prayers to masjid and saved lot of time by not traveling. The staffs in hotel are cordial and friendly, specially in reception Abdullah, and in concierge Mohammed and Shameem- they are super friendly and helpful. thank you everyone!

Excellent staff & beautiful Haram view for room & also the buffet for breakfast was with Haram view MashaAllah. Best part was the parking.

We are extremely happy with our stay. Following are the strong pillars of this hotel for success and growth: 1- Wonderful staff 2- excellent guest engagement 3- location 4- cleaning of the hotel 5- commitment Special thanks for Housekeeping team for maintaining the cleaning quality of the hotel and big thanks to front office team for warm welcome..... FO team was extremely supportive during our check-in as we came bit earlier and they assist with early check-in.... Thank you so much everyone for making our stay amazing and memorable.... thanks for upgrade also.

Not so good.

Only the location attracted us. Because it’s very close to Rawdah door.

The hospitality, the facilities are old, the staffs not being attentive. Poor communication skills. Most of them don’t know how to converse in English. Difficult to communicate with them. Phone in the room is not functioning, we asked the staffs like 3-4 times but nobody attended to the problem until we checked out. We asked for the iron board but it took like forever. Everything needs to request many times. Poor performance by the staffs. Breakfast was average. Basically the hotel is quite old. Need to do some improvement.

Worst thing was the shower it was droping very little water and talked to reception twice and didn't fixed it
