Staff were very nice and accomodating, shoutout to Dorotta who really turned an issue around with our room that ended up being a nice solution and what helped the overall experience.

The hotel was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. All really friendly and helpful. Managed to get checked in early which really helped as we were going to a concert. All the staff were super nice. The room was beautiful and spotless.

Breakfast was a little poor in terms of the cooked food options. But there was so much to choose from that it made up for this.

The location
I checked in late around 11pm and was using the touchscreen and friendly make member of staff was at the desk and advised we did have a complimentary breakfast included in our stay, I was surprised by this as I did not pay for this when booking but presumed maybe they upgraded me.
I went to breakfast included the morning and female member of staff checked I. The system and said they cannot find that I have breakfast Included I explained what had happened last night and she then invited us in to sit and have breakfast then on our way out of the breakfast hall she said I did not pay for the breakfast so I owed them and would need to pay, I explained again what had been said but she would not listen and made me out to be someone scrounging for free breakfast, if she had not invited us in to begin with we would have gone somewhere else I did not appreciate that attitude she didn’t even ask the name of the member of staff I spoke with to check my story or anything, I have stayed at this hotel twice but I will be thinking twice about staying here again after the interaction with her and how it made me feel
