Location was fantastic, close to station and easy access to sights and tours. Breakfast was a pleasant experience. Lots of choice and it was hot.
House keeping, was a let down. Beds were not made,had to request clean cups and extra milk. Cleaner did not understand me asking for milk.

Great location, close to local hop on, hop off buses
They didn’t clean the room for 2 days.
Requested single beds, which was accepted by the hotel prior to arrival but didn’t get.

Location was spot on, brilliant view of the Tower and bridge. Right next to tube stations for Circle&District and DLR.
Room large and well equiped.
The night staff need some training in customer service.
Came back late at night after a concert, were interrogated and not allowed access to our room and made to feel like criminals. We had already been there a night and they tried to make out we were mot registered etc…we had to use our key cards to get in and use the lift so its not like you can just walk in off the street. We did get a written apology the next day so were grateful for that.
