Gorgeous view of the Tower of London, bar at the top was stunning and staff were all super friendly. Rooms are quite snug and feel a little 'budget' but the views and location make up for it! Staff were super helpful.
Room was a little dusty in places.

Amazing location, well worth paying the extra for a tower view. Clever room design which maximised the space. Spotlessly clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast expensive for buffet style and no kettles allowed in rooms.

Great location and nice ground floor bar / cafe area
I’ve stayed here before with no issues but they had a nightmare this time with lifts not working for hours and room keys becoming deactivated. Wasn’t the fault of the reception staff but could have been managed better. Also had to change rooms due to bad smell and AC cutting out
