The hotel is ideally located within the City of London for my various meetings.
The air conditioning did not work properly in my room and was very ineffective due to the warm weather. The adjacent corridor and communal areas were very hot and I felt unwell whilst in these areas earlier today due to the ambient temperature! The bedroom TV set was not properly tuned in the access terrestrial channels to watch various channels, so I was unable to wind down watching TV. The raised bed and mattress is too high in the room which is not suitable and sufficient to enjoy my stay what with the room being too hot!

Great location for my purpose. Easy access on foot.
Room rate was very high considering lack of restaurant facilities, and tiny compact room size.

Proximity to Liverpool street station was good
General finishings in the room needed updating. For example, the lamp shade and curtains were broken. The light from the street lights subsequently seeped into my room. The shower space was really small.
