Fantastic location, beautiful bedrooms, huge comfy beds. Loads of lovely restaurants options nearby. Great breakfast options.
Breakfast staff were a little grumpy. The pool was really busy in the morning with only lane swimming available.

Location, professionalism of the staff, atmosphere and facilities especially the swimming pool.
Bathrooms we experienced were tired and could benefit from refurb.

The reception was lovely and the bed/ bedroom was clean and modern.
The pillows were rock solid. The bathroom was filthy. There was hair and pubic hair in the bath on arrival, after asking the hotel for it to be re-cleaned it clearly had not
