We really liked the location of this hotel and the beds were quite comfortable too. The size of the room is decent but great for few days or a weekend. The receptionist was so kind and nice - we really appreciated that.

Location was ideal, underground station literally less than 50 steps from hotel, staff very welcoming, nice surprise of a free upgrade to top floor with 180 degrees view of London sites including London Tower Bridge. Visited the bar on the top of the hotel, very posh & swanky 👌
Big thank you to Laina who sorted our upgrade for my wife’s birthday.

The Bed was great, the Room was very clean. The Shower was roomy and had great water temp.and pressure. The Desk had plenty of room for laptop and an outlet was nicely located.
The Hotel is located next to the Underground making it very accessible to all of London.
The room could use USB outlet on both sides of the Bed. We also needed another chair, only one was in the room, but would not know where to put it.

Loved the location, staff were helpful and friendly.
I didn’t like the options for the breakfast, if you had prebooked it. There were four options for breakfast, and everything had to be payed extra. All free options coming with the prebooking were not very healthy and the only option of having a light breakfast was by paying extra.
Additionally the shower had a very weird smell to it, which wasn’t very pleasant.
