Situated in East Naples, this charming house for $280 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This beautiful 2166 sqft home is located in the middle of the Kings Lake Community with its georgious lakes and long walking- and jogging-paths. The house is built on a 0,26 acres lot with tropical trees like mangos, lemons, bananas and starfruits. The 1620 sqft patio with its large pool is screened. And you can also sit outside when it is raining because one third of the area is covered. The house just had a complete makeover and has not only got new appliances but is also completely new furnished. The kitchen and dining-area is separated from the living room, the kitchen island is perfect for a cosy breakfast. From the master-bedroom you can step outside on the terrace. There is everything you need in the house. From the iron-bord to books and beachtowels. Three bikes are also available. Anf if you like to play tennis, there is a tenniscourt in the community. You will reach the beautiful white beaches at the Gulf, the famous Pier of Naples or the port with its delicious fish-restaurants within minutes – either by car or bike Gulfers can decide between dozens of golf courses around. One, Lakewood, offers daily or monthly memberships for reasonable prices (starting at 30 $ including the cart). A Weber grill in the Lanai, enjoy your BBQ.

Lovely stay and well located to all amenities. Pictures of property don’t do it justice. A real home away from home. Our daughter lived in the pool and loved it. If the opportunity arises would definitely book here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a great time staying here in Kings Lake. The location was perfect, minutes away from 5th ave, shopping and places to eat. The pool was amazing and clean! This home was wonderful. It was was very clean and neat. The sliding doors opening to the patio were perfect, making it feel like the home was doubled. We practically lived outside. Fred was great to communicate with. He always answered any question immediately. W would love to stay here again.

House was perfect for our family of 4, kids are 7&9. Kids spent so much time in the pool. Clean safe, and quiet neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of towels for pool and bath. We can’t wait to go back. Thanks Fred.

House was very clean and comfortable. There’s a large outdoor area with a solar heated pool which warmed up nicely once the weather got better. Though the interior was very spacious and comfortable, it needs some updating.

Great house layout in quiet suburb of Naples. Pool was a nice plus. Bathrooms need updating and place was cleaned by owner when we arrived. Although next day he send in a professional service. House was very well equipped with anything you might need for a relaxing vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a very nice quiet neighborhood convenient to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The only reason I can't give a 5 star rating is because the pool never heated up to a temperature warm enough to swim in even though we covered it at night.

I stayed here about 2 weeks ago for 5 days. It's a lovely home on a beautiful street. We chose this location because we really wanted a private pool vs a shared hotel pool during a pandemic. But there were dead ants in the pool everyday! I tried my best to clean out what I could with the handheld skimmer but once the water pumps came on it would filter more dead ants into the pool. I texted and sent pictures to the property manager- his first response was he would have Carl the pool guy take care of it then it turned into requesting me to check the water level and the pool skimmer flap! I felt like Carl should have been there to check the pool himself soon after the issue was exposed. That's Carl's job not the guest. Also looking back at pictures taken of the pool during my stay the water was not the crystal blue as pictured. Enjoyed my stay, Fred seemed nice when I reached out but disappointed with the pool as it was like 80% of the reason we booked the house.

We had an excellent stay in Naples. This is an older home. The kitchen is separate from the living room but it still worked out well. We spent most of our time outside. The owner leaves things from other guests so there was cooking oil, seasoning and lots of other things. Everything you need to make meals is there. Very nice bedding and towels and plenty of them. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, pool toys.

I randomly chose a house in Naples and it turned out to be a great decision. Check in process was easy, Fred was very nice, the house was clean, well stocked and close to several beaches. We spent time at the Naples pier, Tigertail beach and Marco Island. When we weren’t at the beach we spent hours in the backyard by the screened in pool. The patio area is huge and widely covered. It is so well covered that we were able to stay outside during the tropical storm Elsa and not worry about getting wet. The backyard it’s a very lush with foliage which gives much privacy. The house Is perfect for any group type meaning adults only or families with small children. It is conveniently located near several restaurants eateries. Advice, Fred you really should add a TV outside in the patio area. Then my mother would have slept outside. Lol 😂 I highly recommend this home.

We loved our stay here in Kings Lake! The beaches in Naples were easily accessible and amazing and the home was comfortable, beautiful, well stocked, and clean. The pool and lounge area surrounding it were perfect for kids and parents alike. We had a wonderful family vacation- thank you!

The Kings Lake property is a great spot to relax and enjoy some down time. The pool was private and refreshing after a day at the beach, which is within a 10 minute drive. Actually, you can be most anywhere you may want to go in a few minutes. Easy check and check out. Fred, the owner, was easy to work with, no issues here. Would stay again.

Very nice home, spacious and clean. The master is opposite the other two bedrooms, which is nice for privacy. Property manager offered many great recommendations. Great neighborhood, with short driving distances to grocery, restaurants and the beach.

Older home in beautiful neighborhood. Fred has this immaculately clean home stocked with ever you should need. The home is in need of an interior paint job and carpet replacement. In the second and third bedrooms there are futon mattresses which are not always the best for adults. The screen over the pool should be repaired, it is ripped in three places. I saw this in an earlier review and thought it would have been repaired but it is not. Great amenities, restaurants, and beach is very close. Be sure to try out Tacos and Tequila in the strip mall right outside the sub, great Mexican food and the best salsa we ever had.

Our stay at Kings Lake property was perfect and we very much enjoyed our time there. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The trees and foliage in the back-yard offer privacy from the outside world. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. Working with Fred during check in and check out was incredibly easy. We are extremely happy with our experience at Kings Lake.
