Located in East Naples, this lovely condo for $303 per night is a great option for your next break. Experience the best of Naples in luxurious coastal style! This newly updated and impeccably furnished condo in the Cottages at Naples Bay Resort includes access to the world-class Naples Bay Club amenities and is ideally located on US 41 adjacent to historic Tin City and 5th Avenue South. Our quoted rates include all resort registration and daily resort fees - so please compare carefully against other similar rentals! You will NOT be responsible for any additional fees to pay on site when you book this unit but with some other units in the complex, you will have to pay those separately. This is a premium unit with higher quality design, furnishings and finishes than many others in the complex. If you are picky and seeking a contemporary luxury caliber condo, this one is for you! Within the condo, Unit I-205 in the Cottages, you will find a nautical navy blue and white color palette across tasteful designer furnishings that complement the waterfront lifestyle that this property offers. A fully equipped and spacious kitchen opens to the living room and dining room. The screened and covered balcony offers views of the lushly landscaped area outside and is furnished with a sectional sofa - perfect for enjoying the balmy breezes flowing in off of Naples Bay. The master bedroom has a King size bed and en suite bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub and separate walkout shower. The guest room has a queen size bed and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The condo is equipped with a full suite of white linens, sanitized fresh for each guest. The bedroom carpet is of a luxury quality and was replaced in 2021. The unit sleeps 4 people in beds, however we can accommodate up to 6 guests with use of a luxury quality queen size air mattress that is provided. The living room sofa is not a pull-out/sleeper. All guests staying in the condo and listed on your guest list may enjoy access to the Naples Bay Club, which includes the following: - Pool complex with a zero entry free form pool with waterfall, hot tub, lap pool, lazy river, and separate adults only pool and hot tub. Cabana rentals are available. - Poolside bar and dining - State of the art fitness center with class schedule - Full service spa - Tennis center - Marina offering boat rentals - Additional on-property restaurants in the marina area including Bonefish Grill, Nosh, and Cafe on the Bay The Holiday Life is a full service luxury vacation and seasonal rental management company with an expansive portfolio - from beachfront, to downtown and amenity rich communities throughout Naples and Marco Island. RENTAL PURPOSE: This property is intended for single-family and transient guest rentals only - any requests for work crews require specific approval prior to booking. No commercial vehicles or work trucks may be parked on site. COMMERCIAL USE: Commercial and/or business use of the property is not allowed, including commercial photography or filming. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest whose name is associated with this booking must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the reservation. GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.

This property is not only beautiful but also very well equipped. The only thing that I gave a four-star instead of five is for the view. Although close to the pool, which was lovely as well. The view from the lanai was less than spectacular. Mostly just cars paved parking and a gate. Would’ve like to be closer to the pool or some Waterview. Huge plus what is the complementary shuttle to take you to restaurants and shopping.

Will not book through the company Naples Bay Holiday Life company again and will use the Naples Bay Resort directly to book. Although the unit was lovely, we had several issues:
-After booking online and paying deposit, I received an email from Holiday Life saying they forgot to include the resort fee so I had to pay additional, even though the description stated the fee was included.
-Description said unit slept 6 which was rather deceiving. I am partially to blame since I assumed it was a sofa sleeper. Upon my arrival, it was not. I was told by the Holiday Life that they had just replaced the sofa and it used to be a sleeper (even though I booked my reservation 11 months in advance and the current sofa was pictured). After several texts and phone calls, I finally spoke to the manager who said there used to be a sleeper chair in the unit and that they offer an air mattress in order for the unit to sleep 6. None of that was listed in the description! I ended up having to book a second unit directly through Naples Bay since this one did not accommodate 6 people. I offered to split some of the cost with them for the inconvenience and misrepresentation of their description and was given a mere $400 credit, which also took several weeks and follow up messages to receive.
-The second unit I booked directly through Naples Bay Resort was amazing! It actually slept 8 people and was MUCH cheaper than what I had paid through the Holiday Life.
-Check in was a nightmare as well. I arrived late and had the code which was great. The next morning I went to the Clubhouse and they said they actually had me listed as a no show. There was no record that I paid the daily resort fee as well. It took approximately 45 minutes to get things squared away, but was told they have repeated problems with the Holiday Life as well.
-Minor issue, but I had emailed and asked about a few items prior to arrival and never got a response.
-The only complaint about the actual unit is the kitchen chairs are awful. My husband works from home and was not able to sit in them since they were incredibly and awkwardly low. Not sure how anyone could eat a meal at the table since the table comes to chest height when your seated.
Although the unit was lovely, it was not as "upscale" as I would have expected for the price, customer service or hassles. Lesson learned would be to book directly through Naples Bay Resort which was amazing to work with.

Overall a 5 star stay in this condo. Clean, well stocked, and great location.. The resort was a great addition to our stay and we were able to use the workout facility, play tennis, and use the pool. Only suggestion would be new dining room table chairs as they sit so low you are chest level at the dining room table. Not a big issue for us as we ate out every night. Also, couch is very slouchy making it uncomfortable.

Beautifully appointed, however there was water damage on the ceiling in both bedrooms. We notified the property manager upon arrival. Also the dishwasher rack was broken and the water filter in the fridge needed replacing. The second night there out of our weeks vacation it rained. We could hear the water dripping on the ceiling abs it was just a matter or time when then water broke through. The water damage was above our heads in the bed. We again notified the manager of the issue and they sent out an HVAC contractor first (which we had to leave the beach to be ther while he was there). The issue clearly wasn’t the HVAC as it’s a roof issue. They then sent an AC contractor, again not the issue and interrupted again- the contractors has no idea who to contact or how to access anything on the property. They were asking us, again we don’t own the place. Then Andrea who helps manage the property finally came out to see herself- after I insisted someone from the management company was there to deal with the contractors as it’s not my responsibility. Andrea was rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience for her. Mind you we could have never mentioned anything and let the roof leak damage the bed, flooring, bedding, etc. she knew the leak was there when we checked in yet did not demand it be fixed. The. The roofers came Wednesday to fix the issue. Over half our vacation interrupted and treated rudely by Andrea, they only gave us a small refund which was honestly an insult given the inconvenience and stress of dealing with ceiling issues for over half our vacation abs being treated rudely by Andrea. We have owned properties in the past and this is not how you solve problems and treats guests. And we are the good renters you want :) We will never use Holiday Life again. I’m deeply disappointed.
